When it comes to this type of stores, it's hard to have a neutral opinion... You either hate it or love it.

What I don't like, first of all are the prices. They're way too high for the standards of the city (even the country).

I know and understand pretty well that they give you credit, but still, I think you can easily find better options and cheaper princes in other stores.

The good side is that the people are friendly and they have great consumer service. Also the area is very clean... But regardless of that, the prices are not worth for what they offer you.

Do I like it? Yes.
Do I recommend? No, too expensive.
Would I come back? No.

Well i use to go there all the time when i use to live with my wife i hadnt been there in around3 years inside they remodeled seems so much smallereverything so much more expensive i left empty handed couldnt find good deals mostly everything says 50 % discount but it really isnt because what normaly costs 250 at another storethey would sell for something like 750 with discount it would costs you 500 so your really not getting discount it was horrible

Being from the US, I miss having Sears. The version in Mexico is a bit more like a Macy's in the US, but still a nice store with good deals and plenty of product.

Friendly staff at the Make up sección they really take there time with the customers, that is really something you don't see anywhere else, the promotions are good and the payment plans are great for almost everything in the store.

Innovasport, Plaza Río, Tijuana

Antonio is the best and very professional. Very caring and helpful. He didn't pass me or was distracted by his phone or others. I bought a pair of sneakers with his assistance.

With only five minutes away from the border and located inside Plaza Rio Tijuana. It's my go-to sport store to get my Mexican soccer jerseys. Staff  is Always very attentive. Bring your own plastic bag.

Innovasport, if you are looking for quality shoes, hats, clothing, sporting goods etc. They most likely have it, the prices are great too.  Service is spot on, there are plenty of happy people to help you, plus as an added bonus the architecture is beautiful and nice to look at. Good job guys!!!!

I really dislike going to this place, beacuse you find a pair of shoes you really like and you spect to get them at the moment and they either dont find your size or dont have it in the color you like, they do have a great rewards system but what is the point if they dont even have the size you need for anything and then they spect you to order online and come back for it.

You can find a lot of sports clothes, shoes and accessories. Everything is from known name brands. They dont seem to have every size though, but the personnel is knowledgeable and attentive. The place is spotless, really liked that

Navy Exchange Main

Quaint sized store with a nice selection off name brand makeups and perfumes. Select section of clothing and expensive name brand purses. Name brand apparel and sneakers.

The food court has ample seating with a small restaurant choice for eating. Navy Federal is directly besides the food court.

There are two levels in this building and the second level( depending which way you enter)has a package store, electronics, snacks, food, pharmacy, barbershop, and household department.

It has most of what you need with decent prices. Not too many sale items.

Relatively medium-sized store, however, packed with expensive merchandise.  They don't have many items on sale as you would expect.

Only one slow clerk working at the returns section at 3pm on Saturday after Thanksgiving!  The customer line is seriously backed up. Also check your receipts to make sure accurate discounts are applied.

Great place to explore and purchase great beers, wines and spirits from all over the globe. The staff is very knowledgeable and  the selection is pretty good. Every Saturday The Wine Chick is there from 12:00pm to 3:00pm for wine tastings in the NEX package store. Every week she sample some of the best wines from all around the world. They also host meet the wine maker or vineyard owner events too!

Excellent assortment and good prices, with good quality in the different types of footwear and brands for each of the sports disciplines such as: football, basketball, running and more. And what to say about its super offers, in addition to the wide variety of sportswear and not to mention the shirts of a large number of teams in the MX league and the most representative teams in the world.

Very attentive staff and I usually always find what I am looking for!

I was waiting for 10:15 am and they don't open. If you are not going to comply with the schedule, it is better to change it.

The fitting rooms are clothes I belive there is only one open for women and one open for men, good quality clothes and good price

There is a great lack of staff in each area, they do not help you to choose the clothes, when you are going to measure them and when paying it is very slow because there is only one person in the section area and there are clothes thrown on the floor.

I have hip problems and just got done seeing the doctor and told I can't be walking.  Wanted to just cut through suburbia to go to Walmart and because I have a dairy queen flurry they said I couldn't go in.

I want to thank the staff. Apart from the good attention.
Due to carelessness, I lost my cell phone while shopping. Hours later I went to ask if I had lost it there and they very kindly took care of it and returned it.
Excellent attention, honest staff.

I bought some tennis shoes and when I stepped on them they bothered me, I wanted to change them and they refused, there are no details, just because I stepped on them and it was only at my house

They have discount notices on the racks, but when I take the clothes to take them to the checkout, the girl says that they are collection items. I point out that it is on sale and she tells me that there is no discount.
I felt cheated because if I hadn't asked the price before paying for the item, I would have been surprised that "it wasn't on sale."

The legendary rewards program is very good considering the benefits they give you for the purchases you make, the bad thing is the assortment of under armor boots

This is not the Sears we had back in the US.  This is an upscale shopping experience. I saw nothing but name brands. Clean, well lit, and just nice. If you’re looking for higher end clothing in Ensenada, stop by Sears.

Nice, clean store and a better looking Sears I have ever seen!  Better than the ones in the US!  The sales people are nice and friendly.  The speak Spanish and English!

I recently moved here from the US (sorry)  and visited Sears while in Ensenada. I noted the cleanliness and how beautifully it was arraigned much like the Sears of the Past in the US.  I was basically ignored the entire time while in the store no eye contact or greetings.  I returned to buy a new bed and box springs as my rental house bedroom was not great.   Once again I was invisible and, finally, I asked for help and got a new associate who actually spoke good English but knew little about beds.  That's OK as I knew what I wanted this was his first big ticket sales and he was nervous I was very nice to him and of course it was not in stock and had to be ordered.  We completed the process, Watching his supervisor treat him with little respect and offered him little support made me uncomfortable.   As I left the store I found a manager and expressed my observations and treatment both times at Sears he apologized and said he was aware of this sentiment to Americans and said they are working with the associates Re: this problem .. We will see I guess.  Don't expect much from this store other than a pretty fascade..

This store is clean with excellent staff.  If Sears in the USA had retained the level of service of this store they may have stayed open.  The employees here are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help.  Us güeros need to support this Sears and keep the doors open.  I don't give five stars often.

Excellent place to find sports clothing and accessories. From a sock to sports sets and sportswear for all ages. 100% recommended for the good brands they carry.

Very bad experience. We were looking for two pairs of shoes and we had the bad experience of running into a worker who was constantly on his cell phone. I asked him kindly for a pair of shoes and it took him five minutes to answer a message, he came down and told me there were none. of that number. Until we asked other workers, they informed us that the pair of shoes was there after 30 minutes of being in the store. It wasn't until another worker sent him to get the shoe that he reluctantly left and got it for us. It seems very bad to me that the workers do not know that a client is being served before answering WhatsApp messages.

The smell of pine is wonderful, I love it
