Sears

This is not the Sears we had back in the US. This is an upscale shopping experience. I saw nothing but name brands. Clean, well lit, and just nice. If you’re looking for higher end clothing in Ensenada, stop by Sears.

Nice, clean store and a better looking Sears I have ever seen! Better than the ones in the US! The sales people are nice and friendly. The speak Spanish and English!

I recently moved here from the US (sorry) and visited Sears while in Ensenada. I noted the cleanliness and how beautifully it was arraigned much like the Sears of the Past in the US. I was basically ignored the entire time while in the store no eye contact or greetings. I returned to buy a new bed and box springs as my rental house bedroom was not great. Once again I was invisible and, finally, I asked for help and got a new associate who actually spoke good English but knew little about beds. That's OK as I knew what I wanted this was his first big ticket sales and he was nervous I was very nice to him and of course it was not in stock and had to be ordered. We completed the process, Watching his supervisor treat him with little respect and offered him little support made me uncomfortable. As I left the store I found a manager and expressed my observations and treatment both times at Sears he apologized and said he was aware of this sentiment to Americans and said they are working with the associates Re: this problem .. We will see I guess. Don't expect much from this store other than a pretty fascade..

This store is clean with excellent staff. If Sears in the USA had retained the level of service of this store they may have stayed open. The employees here are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. Us güeros need to support this Sears and keep the doors open. I don't give five stars often.
