I ordered 2 different bags online this past week. I didn’t need to pay for shipping because Amber brought them from Fargo herself a few days later! Excellent quality and amazing customer service!! I always have a great experience shopping here!!

Shopping at Boots & Heels is always such a treat!!  The staff is friendly and manage to brighten my day with every visit, they are always helpful finding just what I need!!  Being a member of their Fab Friends emails and receiving the notices for specials is fantastic!

Even though I have only visited this location a handful of times, I have been a faithful online shopper for a couple of years. Being a Fab Friend gets you a sneak peek at items as well a discount or two. I love this store!!!

By far a favorite place to shop ! Always great stuff to choose from, super friendly and helpful , and if DL doesn’t have my size , Amber can bring it from Fargo! So handy !

I love shopping at this store.  The workers are very honest when they assist me with my shopping so that I purchase an item that I will truly love and enjoy.  Also the clothes and shoes are high quality and last me a long time.

Walmart Supercenter

Had the pleasure of meeting Grumpo in the parking lot on our way out. What a nice man! If you every go here make sure to say hi to him. He's a great man and made my day!

I have shopped here for over two years. Until recently, the "recepit showing upon exit" was excessively comprehensive at this place. Wal-Mart: the only place you're treated like a king upon entering and a criminial when exiting. I understand it is holiday times but if this comes back, I will drop another star. I found a puppy, got all the required (and some not required) shots and I'm trying to train him to come along in stores so that I can go RVing with him. My rating dropped a star because this Wal-Mart REALLY sucks for pets and the employees are excessively mean and/or impractical. I was told in self-checkout if he barks again I will be kicked out of the store (after he boffed and a single bark since he has never seen a human child let alone a group of them). Then on a seperate occasion, upon exiting was told (with a 20lb dog) "Next time walk him on a leash in the store don't put him in the cart." I later joked with my friend about it. What in the hell would that look like? A puppy the size of a large Chiuhaha with a cart weighing over 50lb in a crowded Walmart shopping for a months worth of food. I've seen a large breed dog once walking on the floor but I think it was a seeing eye dog on a sitdown cart. Maybe the majority disagrees with my views and thinks lap and travel dogs should stay at home alone. But I'm going to continue exposing him to people when I can while he's interested regardless of how uninterested I am in being around society.

I will not ding the store on (stars) for one ("bad actor"). I am in my wheelchair, and my wife puts eggs on the corner of the scanner. We did not know as my wife was scanning other items. The eggs were scanning over and over. So, we called for customer service, as the scanner kept getting stuck, and the service rep had cleared the system about four (4) times already. Then, I noticed a lot of over-charges of 18-pack-eggs that inadvertently were scanning on their own. So, I asked the customer service rep/assistant manager to please review the screen, as I believed one 18-pack of eggs was not deleted. The customer service rep/assistant manager had taken out the overcharged items out very quickly, and I believed I had seen (one) more over-charge on the screen. So, I asked her, "Is there one more of the 18-pack of eggs, still on the system?" The assistant turned and looked at me and said: "EXCUSE ME, I know how to do my job"!!! She turned and walked away in a rude manner. Then the scanner got stuck again, and she would not help us. So, another woman arrived to clear the error on the machine. The new nice women said the computers seem to get stuck for no apparent reason. So, we finished and paid for our purchase, and the rep/assistant manager just stood there and watched us, as my family and I left the store in my electric wheelchair. Horrible experience.

Honestly I may have had a few issues with employees not doing their job or just having a no good attitude... But I've had more good experiences then bad. Most of the time they have what you need. Stores always neat, until my child gets in there then seems like things tend to get a little messy 😂 but she's decided to pretend to be a worker there and try to fix things now. So now the store looks way better with the mini worker there. Highly recommend Walmart for your grocery and daily shopping.

The store is always clean and well stocked.  This is the second time I have had an automotive emergency and the staff is amazing.  They had me up and running in no time.

Journeys

Awesome experience in the store, I've never been in a journeys before but I saw the kind of shoe I liked right in the front window. I don't know if I'm allowed to say names or not but Drewseilla (the manager) was very kind and helped order me some vans for school because they didn't have my size (big feet lol) and said if they don't fit I could return them and swap them out for store credit or swap for a shoe that does fit. And while me and my mom were here picked out another pair of shoes(for my brother) and she went in the back and like magic had the size. Also got a neat backpack. Thanks!

We had the best experience at this store today and just had to complement the two young women who were working this afternoon. My wife and I had our 2 year old, 6 year old and his friend with us, and our 2 year old daughter saw the store and ran in. The women running the store were so polite and so helpful that even though we didn’t really need anything we ended up buying several things. That type of service will get out repeat business! Great job and we’ll be back- and our daughter loves her new shoes.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR COINS AT THIS LOCATION THE MANAGER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE

So I purchased all white high top converse from the store 04/29/2018 and I tried to return them 04/30/2018 ( the next day) because they looked funny on my feet after I tried them on at home laced up, now when I tried them on in the store they weren’t laced up but that was my mistake, but anyways I tried to return the converse That I have never worn out since I literally purchased the shoes yesterday and the really rude manager tells me that the shoes have been worn and that she can’t take accept the return. I’m like are you serious? I’ve never worn these shoes anywhere and they’re still white and smell like new shoes, then the manager rudely goes back to working on boxing shoes. Then I ask her what’s her name because I was going to file a complaint because honestly I felt like she just was too lazy to complete he return. She gave me her name but I forgot it after calling another journey’s store to see if they could take he shoes I’ve never worn back so when I got off the phone with the bossier city location I called journey’s customer service and explained the situation to them and they accepted my return without any hesitation. As I was on the phone with the customer service rep. She needed to k ow the manager’s name so I had to walk back in the store to ask the manger her name. When I walked back in the store I asked her what was her name again and she says WHY ? And I say I’m reporting you and then she tells me to have a good day repeatly and then I put the phone on speaker phone so that the customer service rep. can hear her as well but the rep was likenits okay we’ll find out what her name is and then that was done. Moral of the story is don’t spend your money at this hood Journey’s store because the manager will always be too lazy to issue a return.

Ced , on 12/23 was very multitasking!!! Assisting two to three ppl at the same time during the holiday weekend was awesome!! We all waited patiently with the consent of everyone!! Well respected during pricing issues with  another group of ppl .. horn lake need more ppl like him often..he’s very helpful!!! GREAT JOB !!!!!KEEP IT UP……

Curbside loaders are very polite and usually get orders out quickly.  Sometimes things aren't in bags but that's not too big of an issue.

Wal mart at its lowest customer service is non existent. The manager on night shift named Felicia has the nerve to tell me she was on the phone before trying to open the case....then act like I'm bothering her for doing her doing her job...if you don't like ur job quit!!!

Jenni and I made a late night food stop. She wanted to make a breakfast casserole and I just needed a couple things. She found all she needed and I found what I needed. This store has some of my vegan and veggie goodies, but not all i need and or desire. I sadly have to go to one of the competitors to fill my food list. Tonight one of the associates Tabitha spokentonme and complimented my hair, she was very helpful and quite upbeat. I look forward to seeing her again.

The cashier was very nice and was very patient she was smiling which was nice cause I was depressed yesterday and just seeing her smile and how nice she was really brightened my day because of her I wasn't depressed anymore sometimes all it takes is a smile to make a person to feel better thank you ma'am you don't know it but you are the reason I was able to come out of my depressed state of mind thank you walmart for hiring her

Rad staff who are going to help you get the right shoe. Great advice and willingness to run back and check the sizes without making you feel weird and genuinely hyped to help you find what you are looking for. This girl with braids and glasses helped me and honestly changed how I get shoes and I cannot thank her enough. I want to say her name is Qiwana but I’m probably butchering it so badly(sorry!). This other guy with a curly side swoop top hairstyle helped my boyfriend and he was great too! Great team at Journey’s!

They had what I was looking for in addition to a decent selection but the staff were barely helpful and took 20 minutes to bring me one pair of shoes to try on. Worth it for the selection but not the staff.

The manager was great! Some tiny girl, I didnt catch her name.

This is one of my Grandmother's favorite shoe stores. She loves their selection and the store associate with the mini locs was so caring and attentive to her.

Joyce Thweat was a wonderful and extremely helpful sales person. She helped my partially deaf and partially blind mother-in-law with getting me a new pair of shoes despite she had one foot swollen larger than the other. Very kind and thoughtful lady. She deserves a raise! Keep up the excellent customer service, Joyce!!!  We'll be back.

Target

Bought an item on sale at Target with proof of purchase. Needed to exchange for the exact same item in a different size-the item was no longer on sale but Target would not exchange for the previous price paid, or do a price adjustment. I think this is bad policy. I was not upset with the employees including the manager because they said this is Target’s policy. It will definitely make me think hard about purchasing something from Target.

Miss Laverne is one of the hardest working employees I ever had experience working with. She’s always on the go. She never stops moving. She’s always cleaning the bathrooms. She’s always there over her time. She’s always work over in beyond her expectations. Miss Laverne deserves a raise she deserves a metal. She deserves a very high praise. This woman does a lot for TARGET. I seen her put together something for shop with a cop within 10 minutes of her knowing that they were coming no one even told her that they were even coming, this woman does a lot more than the average other employees that work there. I just wanna say if no one else says I appreciate you a lot, Miss Laverne you are an inspiration to me. You are truly a hard worker and deserve every praise that you can get and TARGET should appreciate you. Thank you for all you do.

It’s a Target. Always seems to be clean and organized. The grocery are also is very put together and clean. The workers are usually friendly and willing to assist when needed. I prefer this one over the one in North Bossier.

I used to love Target and did most of my grocery shopping there. Unfortunately, Target recently became a place to avoid like the plague if you have a dog hair allergy, a fear of dogs or just don't like the smell and sniffing behavior of dogs around you when you shop for groceries.
Today (July 25 2021 between 3pm and 3:30pm) I encountered  a group of about 10 young women each with a fake service mutt roaming the store. About 5 of the dogs were pit bulls, one German Shepard, one Golden Retriever and the rest some other large breed.
A few weeks ago I saw  two women on two different days with small dogs in the shopping cart, wearing fake service vests. One of them had a miniature dachshound and told me that this were her emotional support dog. I complained to an employee and she gave me a number to call and discuss the issue with the headquarter. I did call this number and it turned out, that the Target representative was under the false impression that emotional support dogs were service animals, and that the law would force Target to allow dogs with service vests in the store.
It's so sad that some individuals use privileges that are in place for people with severe disabilities who depend on a real service dog.

Update July 2022:
I didn't see dogs inside Target for a long time. They must have changed their policy. Now Target is one of my favorite grocery stores again! The only issue I have is the waiting time at check out.

I had a wonderful experience with a Target employee yesterday. My 2 year old daughter fell and hit her head pretty hard and was very upset. Erica, who was busy restocking merchandise, quickly popped over and asked if she was okay and if she could get anything to help. She ran and got her a bag of ice and even an Icee!! It was above and beyond and SO appreciated :) I hope Target gives her the recognition she deserves!

Walmart had exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was great, and didn't just point to where the item I was looking for or tell me about where it should be, they walked over to it, and showed me where it was in the shelves.

Shout out to the Walmart employee who was cleaning the parking lot picking up the trash.

I'd really rather shop anywhere else. The grocery pickup is pretty good at this location, those guys are nice. But the company as a whole sucks,a lot of the inside employees have terrible attitudes. The company won't even honor prices they have marked OR price match prices from their own app in store. The Walmart company as a whole is garbage, as is the customer service.

I would give no stars if i could. I returned a lotion that gave me an allergic reaction and the customer service lady was very rude about it. She said "why are you returning this half empty bottle?" And im like For one B it was not empty and for two why the attitude, and then my sister sneezes and the lady got all weird and asked if she could step back, for one my sister had bad allergies and takes meds for it and for two why the attitude AGAIN. If your not going to say anything nice don't say anything at all, period!. Definitely not happy about this situation.

I really learned my lessonI ordered online, made Partial payment I was short $11 so I got a $20gift card after getting home to pay the $11 it changed to $20 i owed in 2 hours the price changed I paid hoping I would be able to get $8.60 refunded back to me through email I was told 8.14 will be returned I didn't see it so I emailed back and the new person thought I wanted to see when my items will arrive stupid guy then told me I will not get a return And that I should get hold of my financial institution to get a refund and I paid with a Walmart gift card how is that?
I will not buy online nor will I  ever trust Walmart again

Bought these shoe back in May 2021 never wore them or took them out the box. Tried to take them out to try them on with my out fit November 2021 and the heel was off.! Never again if I do I'm going to try them on and jog around the store in them for 5 mins.!🤦🏽‍♀️🙄😡😡

DO NOT SHOP HERE if you value customer service and honesty. They will lie to you about returns then accuse you of trying to return a worn shoe when it was already dirty from being the display shoe when it was sold.

They are not open at 10am on Sunday the door says 12p please fix your website so people aren’t wasting their time and gas
