Several employees said Air pump wasn't working, yet another person wen't and used it. Later on I got to know this: the supervisor orders the employees not to use the Air pump, they where following orders, but I won't go there again.

The girl asked my husband for money, when she wanted to give it to him, an older gypsy woman came and took the money she had to pay for the fuel load out of her hand. He asked him to return the money and threw water in his face. In order not to create a scandal, he left it that way. But we will NOT go back to that place. Eye! I was there on 7/28/2023, I loaded up V Power diesel and the truck started to have the typical failure of poor quality or adulterated diesel. I always carry Shell because of its quality and it always works well. Impossible to check if they have tampered with it or if their tanks are dirty. But I will definitely never stop to charge there again. Also, the bathrooms are VERY dirty. And the mini market is very poorly stocked.

On one occasion I took the car to be washed on schedule, I went to look for it three hours later and it was still not there; I claimed it and after a lot of excuses they gave me a free wash, when I took it back for an appointment, exactly the same thing happened. A shame. Totally irresponsible.

It is clear that it is a good company because every time I go they serve me with a very good disposition. They are kind and respectful as well as always willing to help! I have only noticed one thing out of place in only one of the employees and that is that he has a vocabulary of insults that leaves a lot to be desired (of course not when serving a customer but with his colleagues). Otherwise they are excellent and the place is always impeccable.
