How you gone fix my car 2 Sundays ago (11/26) charge me $400 and then for the same issue to happen randomly then claim yall couldn’t even do anything about it the Saturday afternoon (yesterday 12/09) I brought it back and then claim ya closed the next day (today 12/10) on a sunday?? Yall must pick n choose which Sundays you’re closed I smell an attorney general complaint. I need my car but here I am car less. I ain’t never had any repair issues with yall up to now. SMFGDH pos

I've been sending my cars trucks there forever I know the owner personally he's a good guy is fair this last time I sent my car there to get two tires and his inspection done and I need a back brake pads and I  lifted the thing up in air with him looked at the pads

and I needed it he's never charged me for anything or extra work and I'm a mechanic from a long time ago and I just don't do it anymore I'm too old

Inspection scammers. They take your money, write a bunch of things that's not even wrong with it, then ignore you when you ask for a list or price. Bottom line, they don't want to pass you, because they didn't even take the wheels off in the first place. They're so busted. Said a wheel bearing seal needs replaced, because they saw oil. Well, it was replaced beforehand!, so busted!

DON’T GO FOR VEHICLE INSPECTION.
They are scammers dropped my car off in the morning they had it all day and was never notified when it was done. Was told it failed but would pass if I gave him 25 dollars more.

Stopped in for some blunts. Price on the pack of dutches said 2 for 99 cents. Was charged $2.29 lol. Gas was 10 cents cheaper across the street

This store has made great changes . From management to cashiers . The store manager does a phenomenal job . Foundation starts from the top . I see the changes going on please keep this team of people.  They all does a phenomenal job . The store Manger makes sure her customers are satisfied. I personally see the changes.  I live this location!!!

Doors locked at 11:52 PM. A sign on the door said only accepting cash due to system down. Employee told me when I pulled the locked door the system is down. I told him I have cash and he ignored me.

This place is really convenient and the staff here is friendly. Shout out to my favorite girl working here Nina aka Nina Ross. Always helpful

Got gas from my local shell location on Richie highway across from the DMV on may 4th. Only to find out that shell’s tankers filled every pump up with diesel fuel. For those of us that got it. It has ruined our vehicles. Several folks have reached out to shell about this issue only for it to be ignored and told it wasn’t their issue or fault. Posting this to help keep folks aware and maybe get this company to take responsibility for this issue.

3 of the pumps didn't read my credit card, price way too high.

It is always a pleasant experience. The manager is always nice, and she greets everyone that comes in and out she is very pleasant. The car wash is good the prices are competitive.  Don't forget to use your  rewards Phone number.  Discount on gas and once in a while free stuff.

I wash my SUV frequently, at least twice a week. I choose $7.00 car wash which was the middle choice. This is the worse car wash in SoCal. Vaccum is not included in price. The suction of Vaccum is extremely poor. Gas prices are not as cheap as Arco or Costco but they are inline with other brand name gas stations like Shell and Mobile in this area.

They do not have diesel!  Their website might say they sell it, but they do not.  Only 3 standard 3 levels of gasoline.

Clean location, lots of space.  Wasted a trip here trying to fuel up the truck.

this my go to stop from venture to Pasadena.  clean . very good gas prices.  the employees are fantastic and super friendly.  and easy access off the 118.

This is one of the best gas stations I've ever used in the country, and I've used them in every state in the lower 48. It's modern, includes a mini mart, and car wash. It's located on Yosemite Ave just north of CA 118 with easy on easy off freeway access. In addition to all the above,  it's always the lowest prices in both Simi and San Fernando Valleys

A great place to get some gas for your car so that you can travel on the highway.

They were nice and it is a well stocked store and a convenient location with a Subway inside 👌🏽
We also have gas and a water and air pump outside.

Put $11.01 into a cargo van rental at this shell station. The next day, I noticed six additional charges totaling over $260. Bank won't help. I filed a police report. I've written to Shell's corporate office with no response. I believe this gas station knows about the constant card skimming and could even be involved with it. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION! Read the reviews: THIS IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE!
UPDATE: I called the number and, while the young lady I spoke to was pleasant, she offered no help. “This is a bank issue.” I think it’s also an issue that this specific shell station is AWARE this scam is happening and has done nothing to stop it. I’ve now filed a complaint with the BBB as well as a police report.

On July 28th and 29th I bought gas and both days my credit card was charged falsely for fraudulent charges for over $600 dollars of gas of which i did not purchase, and it was chipped cards. These pump are hacked and stay away from this gas station.

In swipe card pump gas out would've liked to wash windows but no squeegee joint no other complaints I'll be back

Like other review gas pump is compromised if you use credit card it will charge 3x or 4x. merchant will just laugh about it and not going to do anything. Merchant not doing anything about this.

The man is rude. When hes there the store is closed a lot. He picks an chooses who he wants to let in the store. Pulls out a stick when another employee didn't hear him and slammed it on the counter. He should be fired, Just my opinion. 0 star's.

On 11/10/23 at 11:53 am had left my phone at the counter and when I returned the nice lady over the counter had it. I am thankful and grateful.

Got there right at closing time. Went to get something from inside, cashier motioned they’re closing. Ok. Needed gas too- so right as I was paying at the tank, he killed the pump.

Not saying it’s the most awful service/courtesy I’ve ever had, because that would be saying a LOt- but at the same time can’t think of anything worse, either 🤷🏻‍♂️

I had my first breakfast sandwich at the dash in Shell gas station in Edgewater Maryland and I was honestly impressed. The sandwich was perfect. It was hot made fresh and quite delicious.

I really like this place. Decent, inline, gas prices.....the quick shop is always spotless clean, and the hot food selection is surprisingly very tasty, nice job.

It's a gas station... it's fine.  The Fuel Rewards app is garbage though.  Today, it said I'd get 75 cents off per gallon, only got 10.  This is the 4th time it's lied to me.

Convenient stop. Pumps are always working just enough space for cars, vans, and pick ups.  Not suitable for vehicles with trailers of any kind.

Good location if you're traveling North on Route 2, but a bit tricky if going South. 20 cents of Premium Tuesdays. 5 cents off/gallon if you join the app. Staff is friendly.

Its open at all hours which is good for a quick trip if you need something or have a craving. I go to Royal Farms because their gas is less expensive than everyone else but when my one certain client goes away I stop here because their gas is even a little less than Royal Farms! They beat everyone I've found when it comes to gas prices!

Very disappointing experience. Shell is notorious with the most expensive gasoline, and that’s fine. But what’s the point to keep a gas station without restroom? A lady at the register was nice, but I will not come again.

Apparently there was a  water spill  in the store so there was water on the floor from the rain. Ceiling leak. I went in to grab something quick so it wasn't a problem.  I needed something from behind the counter but the representative was blocking my view point. I moved in closer more into the water to see because he kept moving in my way.  He reply's "man you couldn't see from there" when I tried to look once again to tell him what I needed.  He got smart with me because he kept moving in my way and didn't understand me. Bad customer service

Had to pay $35 on my credit card to fill my tank which only took $17. Supposedly they will credit my card...Discover is already aware. I'm very uncomfortable with this.

Editing my original post.  Gas prices are more reasonable now. Hot goods case, fountain drinks, nice selection of coffee.

Typically I don’t have a problem with this store but when I drive 30 minutes to fill up a propane tank and the attendant tells me she’s not trained to use the propane and it’s the only place opened on a Saturday evening we have a problem. Wasted my gas to come up here and didn’t get a thing for it. Thanks Johnny Gott!! I’ll send the bill to your house!!

In this place a few times a week for Diesel. Never had any issues pumping fuel. Fuel islands always clear and clean other than the idiots who park their cars in the diesel island

I stopped here to fill up when we noticed the automatic carwash next door . We decided to get a wash 1st then gas , just to let you know the wash was great although if you purchase gas and wash together at the gas station before the wash you will get a discount on the gas .

This gas station genuinely sucks. I received extremely poor service from the clerk. I went in to get a black&mild and when i told her to was stale and to give me a softer one she told me that's how they all were without even checking. She just seemed like she hated her job and was rude.

I went there tonight and I got the best customer service than I’ve gotten in a long time. Nic was very personable and has a great personality. I didn’t feel like stopping but now I’m glad I did! I met an awesome guy!

WARNING, BUYER BEWARE!!!

Stopped here for gas and picked up a car wash as well.  The car wash IS DANGEROUS! When the arm on the right side hit my side mirror (it was folded IN!) I let the machine pass and left.  When I got to a well-lit area I found SCUFFS up the side of both front fenders!

The gentleman here was so nice to me very accommodating, and a wonderful experience. Wish I got his name. Great guy thank you again for the Gatorade!

Even after getting $200+ worth of gas i was not allowed to use the restroom. Fact that two guy working n i drive commerical truck at 4am. Smh... never ever gonna get my business here again.
