I only give them a one star rating because Google won't let me give them a zero. The parts department is terrible and unhelpful. The person that "helped" me yesterday spent the whole time texting on Whatsapp instead of helping me. I called when they told me to to see uf the part had arrived. They said that it had arrived but to wait 2 hours and I could pick it up. When I arrived they said that yes it had arrived but they had not yet taken it off of the truck. So I would need to come back after 5 to pick it up. The guy that told me this was very flippant and completely unconcerned that it was inconvenient to me. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!

This guy who is selling car parts, had his face mask covering only his mouth, but not his nose. And several other staff  weren't even wearing a mask at all.  This issue is very important for me with the coronavirus pandemic going on.

Disgusting terrible service starting with their pseudo workers in the pre-owned service, today I went to ask for information which was denied to me and my fellow operator, the new car transporter, I only remind the pre-owned guy that thanks to the operator, you have your salary and a piece of bread to put in your mouth, and how can it be possible for the area to be like this, for service and friendliness you take them from FORD SS SAN LUIS street.

A NIGHTMARE OF ADMINISTRATIVE INEFFICIENCIES.

After-sales service leaves a lot to be desired. Advisors with a lack of information in all areas from units to purchasing processes, financing, etc. etc.

Very bad experience with this agency, the treatment is terrible, not with the brand.
I was interested in buying a truck (Taigun or Taos) when I arrived no one helped me even though I was looking at the cars. Then they assigned me a very bad salesperson (yes, the same one who has several complaints here on Google Maps, curious that the management has not solved the problem) here I detail it.

He answered the questions above. I couldn't tell the differences between Taigun, Nivus and Taos. They didn't have a demo car to test drive, I had to schedule it. However,
That was not the worst, but the financing options (as in another comment they mention they only want to sell through their financing company) they force the services and other extras on you, the very high interest rate and they want to "chore" you that the banks They are low because they are without VAT, but here they give you the services for free (it is not true that you pay for them financed). Nothing of this is true.
The truth is that I was interested in the truck, so I went to Tangamanga (road 57) and another level of customer service from the sellers, all very friendly and offered me various forms of financing. I took the test drive the same day and they answered all the questions I had.
I got the same model (although in a top-of-the-range version) with a monthly payment 4k less than the one offered at the Lomas branch with its financial company.
My recommendation is to go to VW Tangamanga if you are interested in purchasing a car from this brand.

Very organized and busy. Best to make an appointment. One of the front end techies very fluent in Spanish and English. The place is very clean and appears to be well organized and managed. Oil change $60cdn, in Canada $230.

They sent me the information I asked for very fast.
