Ford Automotive Lomas San Luis

I only give them a one star rating because Google won't let me give them a zero. The parts department is terrible and unhelpful. The person that "helped" me yesterday spent the whole time texting on Whatsapp instead of helping me. I called when they told me to to see uf the part had arrived. They said that it had arrived but to wait 2 hours and I could pick it up. When I arrived they said that yes it had arrived but they had not yet taken it off of the truck. So I would need to come back after 5 to pick it up. The guy that told me this was very flippant and completely unconcerned that it was inconvenient to me. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!

This guy who is selling car parts, had his face mask covering only his mouth, but not his nose. And several other staff weren't even wearing a mask at all. This issue is very important for me with the coronavirus pandemic going on.

Disgusting terrible service starting with their pseudo workers in the pre-owned service, today I went to ask for information which was denied to me and my fellow operator, the new car transporter, I only remind the pre-owned guy that thanks to the operator, you have your salary and a piece of bread to put in your mouth, and how can it be possible for the area to be like this, for service and friendliness you take them from FORD SS SAN LUIS street.
