McDonald's

So mobile ordered here at 8:30 sure they were busy but the attitude from the staff and food line maker were awful. They made my quarter pound wrong first which is fine surely they’ll make it correct the next time no and they don’t care. And they also forgot my friends Big Mac in bag which clearly says it’s in it. I get it customer service jobs are a lot and hard but I also and still work customer service learn to be nicer and more efficient please.

Very impersonal.. all ordering at kiosk.. brought our meals out.. not hot .. no place to grab condiments or drink refills.the whole experience was awkward.. plus our drinks came with no ice. Haven’t been to McDonald’s in months.. now I remember why.

I am so disappointed in this establishment. They denied me service but took the order of two vehicles before me. Told me I couldn't order because there was only 3 people and that the company sucks because they're always short staffed and expect them to service people at all hours. Very disappointed. If not even the employees care about their jobs how can you expect to get good customer service. The associate was not rude but clearly none of the 3 wanted to be there or do their jobs and ignored vehicles that pulled up every so often.

The absolute slowest McDonald’s you’ll ever go to in your life! They go out of their way to be slow and have no idea what sense of urgency means. Go if you have time to waste, but if you want to fast food, this is not a place.

Employees are not aware of the services requested. Ordered a table serviced order never got my order and when i claimed my food they wanted me to take old items. Even with the manager explaining them in front of me the employee was complaining and regretting to get it done

Went to this mcdonalds and the the girl taking our order through drive-thru got our order wrong even though we mentioned what we wanted 3 times. She kept giggling and couldn't comprehend what we were saying. We laughed it off thinking she sounded like she was high on green.
We then asked for our sauces and weren't given any so we had to go back and get our sauces. Ok it happens no big deal.
But then we started eating our burgers and they tasted cold. When we looked they were completely raw.
We attempted to call the store so we could let them know that their burgers are being served raw in hopes that no one gets sick. Well they kept picking up the phone and hanging up. After the 3rd call they just left the phone off the hook so you couldn't even call them.
So we will do the next best thing and call corporate Monday morning and letting them know what a disaster this location is.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Stopped here for a happy meal and two plain cheeseburgers. Simple right? Not here. The drive through employee took our order and read it back correctly, but we’ve had them mess it up before so we decided to pull into a spot before leaving to check once we got the food. SURE ENOUGH, both cheeseburgers that were ordered plain had all toppings.

I went back inside and explained the issue and they took the bag to remake the burgers. 5-10 minutes later the girl comes back and hands me the bag and I head back out. I should have checked - they gave me back the same bag with the same incorrectly made burgers. Seriously pathetic service at this location.

This location really needs to reassess the service they provide. Such a fantastic location for them but the service is terrible especially at night. The number of times door have been locked for a location open 24 hours and no one manning the drive thru is ridiculous. Really need to get their act together.

Bit of a weirder review but deserves a 5 star nonetheless. We've been eating here for a very long time(lived in Florida for 10 years) and have eaten here a lot over the years when in a rush or need some non expensive food. And its always been pretty good as far as McDonald's goes!
But tonight we got stranded here, after work our parents' car broke down on the way to pick us up, insurance had "nobody available" in our area so they didn't do anything, all cab services were either closed or had nobody in the area either.
And they let us stay for the entire night, they were extremely accommodating and friendly to us, the manager Benny was amazing, all around wonderful place I will be returning to!

Ordered 2 McChickens and a Quarter Pounder the other day in-store, and proceeded to wait 35 minutes. After watching several people who came in after me (and who knows how many drive-thru customers) I then i went to cancel the order and get my money back and proceeded to wait 10 more minutes just for that.

The manager had NO control of the useless teenagers working there, and it showed. One off-the-clock employee (I assume,  it could just as well have been a friend of someone supposed to be working) CONTINUOUSLY approached the counter just to chat with the workers. None of them were attentive, I heard someone call back to make my order,  but still never got made.

To top it off, the kiosk never printed my receipt, so when i showed the manager my order via the mobile app, I was accused of ordering through the app, which didn't indicate i never got my order.

The franchise owner should consider getting new hires for the hourly employees and absolutely should get that manager re-trained.  It was ridiculous how none of the employees respected her.

I will never be going to this location again.

I guess the old fashion saying "You get what you pay for" applies for the FREE FRAP in rewards. I had the option between medium or large. Looks like the store had their own thoughts of what a large is...

the lady got our order wrong and just started giving us random food we didn’t even ask for and then wouldn’t take it back when it wasn’t right, so we ended up driving away and we noticed she forgot our ONE (1) mcflurry. when we went around again…she said oh you two were the ones with all the extra food orrrrr? did i not give u all that extra stuff? and starts listing random things we didn’t even order or want😭she finally cracked and gave us an item we actually ordered after being rude to us about it for a bit…very odd…you can’t just give someone random items and not expect them to want what they ordered. also she gave me the wrong kind of mcflurry but whatevz

It’s inconsistent. Sometimes it takes a long time to get your food (if you’re sitting inside) and sometimes it comes speedily (and our order never changes, just one meal). Several times at the drive-thru they asked if we wanted a boy or girl toy and then got the opposite gender toy from the one we asked for. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh and sometimes it stale and cold. It’s a relatively new restaurant (just opened a year ago) and their automated kiosks have been broken and unusable.

As a frequent McDonald’s customer, I can truly say this establishments food is wonderful; yet management is terrible. I have witnessed Gloria GM be absolutely disgusting to her employees.. which then concludes to the atmosphere being terrible due to that. There needs to be serious investigation launched.

Anytime I come here they end up missing food ingredients. Just this morning I left in a rush to work and they didn't even give me the syrup to eat the hotcakes or eggs. And I payed for both. How can anyone eat pancakes without syrup and why didn't I get my eggs? I know this sounds like a complaint but it's been days.

No workers in the kitchen in the middle of a rush on a Saturday night. All in sight is spilled chicken nuggets on the floor. Managed horribly at 10:18 pm on July 15th

What a trash hole. I am an honest  customer that walked about 4-5 miles up to this store around 2am to  get food since this is considered 24/7. I have money. I look presentable. They tell me they can't serve me since I'm not in a car. Even after speaking to the manager. What a joke. 0/10

OMG! I AM TERRIFIED TO GO BACK TO THIS MCDONALDS AROUND THOSE GANGSTERS INSIDE CALLED MANAGEMENT! This was by far the worse and most racist experience I have ever experienced while ordering my favorite fast food. I am hurt and disgusted at how awful I was treated. I was served a medium fry fries that were cold and stiff and dark looking and a stale burger with rotten vegetables. I asked him to make the food over and they did, then gave me the same burger back and hardly any fresh fries in my box. I was told to never return after I asked for a refund which I was told I would receive in three days. That was my last little bit of money and now I get no dinner. I am highly disappointed at the managers in this building. It was the managers who got loud and disrespectful. Smh

I found a black curly hair in my Fillet O Fish Burger. I’m absolutely disgusting & will not be returning again!
I also noticed while waiting for my meal that staff do not wear gloves while preparing meals & obviously do not wear any hair nets either!

Today I received roaches legs in my order of nuggets... so nasty we couldn't eat anymore of course! I hope somebody do an inspection in this location. This is the last time Im buying anything from here. Sorry do better please.

Disappointing experience 😕

Went into  McDonald's and they had kiosks to place your order. They don't work for me because I don't have the pressure  due to an injury.  The guy at the counter told me not to worry, he'll place  my order. How nice!
The pancakes were cooked when my order  was placed. Pancakes freshly made are delicious.

Named the largest McDonald's in FLORIDA !!  && they held to the name

Normally it’s pretty easy going here and straightforward. Last time I was here two weeks ago another lady with short hair was at the window and she was friendly and a great communicator. She works at both dunkin and McDonald’s and deserves a raise. She is wonderful. This week they have a new worker with a straight ponytail and strong accent, and she has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever come across. This is coming from someone who worked in customer service for many years. I clearly stated my order number and described the food too, yet she still repeated the wrong number back and I had to correct her. Then when we pull up, she rings up an entirely different number/ order type and over charges me. I tell
her superior who is at the next window, and he informs her and we can hear her yelling complaining in the background. So professional right? Then she still brings out the wrong order and when I tell her again she rolls her eyes and catches an attitude making rude faces. Not to mention she tried blaming me as if I were in the wrong in front of her superior and then blaming me again when bringing out the wrong orders. If you’re that confused about what order number it is just listen to the fact that I literally described what type of food/ biscuit I wanted it’s that easy. Then when she finally brings the correct  order she mumbles the most insincere flat “sorry” while still looking away and an angry look on her face like she was told to say it but didn’t want to. Now that I have my food, it’s not fresh and hot like usual and the coffee is watered down. I never get it that way and I feel she spitefully did that on purpose because she’s mad she can’t manage to do one of the easiest jobs in the world. Please bring back the people who speak good English at the cashier station… the people who don’t understand need to be in the back cleaning up. I have been in customer service so I much more sympathy for a worker that’s maybe having a bad day or brand new and confused but apologetic and sincere than someone who messes up multiple
times and still doesn’t take accountability and comes back at the customer with the most ghetto attitude. We have all made mistakes at work before, but it’s how we respond to people and choose to fix them that matter most. Please educate this young lady on how to listen, ring orders up better, and to be polite and respect the customers or bring back the nice one with the short hair. Thanks!

No pictures but the food served here has been consistently hot, fresh, and delicious! When we are working, I don’t have time to make breakfast and we like the breakfast burritos served here. During this trip, we have eaten breakfast here a few times and every single time the food was great.’the lady running the drive through was the same every time and she has been consistently nice as well. We also order iced coffees here with modifications and they make them to our liking. They actually make them really delicious! This is our go to cheap n easy breakfast spot when we are in a hurry

Two weeks ago was my first visit to this location. I sat at the second window for five minutes while three other cars showed up after me and their orders were taken before mine. When I very casually mentioned to the lady that I’d waited several minutes and multiple cars and orders were taken ahead of me she got very nasty and defensive with me and told me that’s because someone else was working the other window and she told me when I pulled up to give her a minute. Fine. Here we are weeks later. To avoid an issue I placed a mobile order. I pulled up to the drive through at the second window and seen there was another person already at the first window so I just pulled ahead to the payment window to provide my order number. She same lady seen me scolded me immediately asking why I didn’t wait at the second window and told me that I’m supposed to wait there. I explained that the drive through was occupied so I pulled ahead since it’s just a pick up order, no order or payment required. She continued to scold me. I sat quietly and finally she processed my order then proceeded to scold me even more telling me next time I have to wait at the window, etc. Finally I just pulled forward to the pick up window without even receiving my receipt. I have called to speak to a manager and was told they’re unavailable. I will be reaching out to corporate. This woman continues to be very nasty with me which is ridiculous. She shouldn’t be working here. I’ve been to this location one or two other times when she was either not working or just not taking orders on said day and had zero issue. Customer service and food both were on point. She’s the issue.

It's always clean inside and out. The food is usually received within 5 minutes sometimes perfect  sometimes regular. Customer service I haven't found any at this establishment. Kinda feels robotic.

Good place to grap or dine in fast food, serives is good friendly place clean and big many booth and tables available.

This is your basic McDonalds location, a little cleaner and updated. The check-in / order area has GONE TOO FAR. It is 100% self-serve for credit and cash. The only visible menus are the items on the self-serve units. There is no cashier as such. There are no menu boards behind what used to be the cash area.
I don't like it !

Starbucks Blvd. A Zacatecas

I don’t know how you do it Starbucks, but I truly feel like I’m back in the Northwest when I visit your stores abroad. This place is relatively new, I believe. You have to know it’s here so you can slow down and pull over to the right to not miss it. Friendly service, same great taste. Now I can stop for great coffee on my way to work!

Excellent location for those of us who are passing through, the treatment is very friendly and the staff does not despair due to the indecision of choosing the product, given its variety. Prices to a certain extent are accessible due to the fame of the brand, if you want to find cheap coffee, better go to OXXO. Nice and clean facilities, I recommend them if you are in these parts.

Excellent service as in all Starbucks establishments! Their drinks were delicious and this branch was very nice! They surprised me with a 2 for 1 the first time I visited.

Ordered from kiosk in lobby. Did not get a receipt. Since we paid with a credit card, we needed a receipt. When food was delivered to table, asked the server for a receipt. Was advised I would have to go back to register and request one. Went up. Manager tried to find our order and couldn't. Asked what we ordered. I told her. She was looking through something on register. I told her my food was getting cold, so I would go back to table and eat and would pick up receipt when we were finished eating. After eating, went up to get receipt. Did not see the manager. The server I had spoken with previously said they had not located our order, but they could get us a receipt, but it would take a while. Since we had groceries in the car, we had to leave without a receipt. Don't think it was an unreasonable request for a receipt.

I was very disappointed that the shake machine didn’t work. But when I went to sit down, all of the empty tables were dirty. Yeah you can order on the app or order board but we don’t work for you and you can’t make us. I watched other people leave because they were done waiting. How about paying people a living wage so there are enough staff to at least keep the tables clean or do you expect us to it for free?
Now I’m adding that my order was wrong. 😟

Unbelievable! I called them and you can't get through there's a recording! They messed up my steak egg and cheese bagel! They put zero unions smh this place needs to get their stuff together ... I have a photo of my sandwich if they need proof!! I'm not here about free food I just want it done right!!

Hands down the worst McDonalds in this area. The Manager on Saturday night was unable to control anything.  I waited 40 minutes from my order being taken to actually having to go into the store from the drive through to get my order. My order hadn’t even been started and 6 cars behind me left with their orders.  I ordered a chocolate shake and and M&M McFlurry thank goodness I didn’t order anything more!  The Manager had the audacity to tell me I was disrespecting her staff when I asked why the young man at the window didn’t make my order whilst I was there instead of waiting until 25 minutes later when I went in   Customers inside the store were in the same predicament some had waited as long as me. Not a good advert for McDonalds at all. I understand that they are short staffed and I said that but truly it’s bad management and awful order practices which were not being addressed by those in charge.  The poor Manager just isn’t up to the task. And lastly I would point out I was not at all rude at any point just frustrated because it took a so long and nobody but nobody seem to care in the slightest

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru at 9:14pm no one bothered to take our order pulled up to the window employee made eye contact with us and walked away waited another 5 minutes before leaving go to the Wendy’s across the street better service you can’t miss it :)

Breakfast Guru Restaurant & Bar

Hubby, our 17 month old, and I had brunch on a Thursday. We had the bacon delight Benedict, breakfast burrito w/ steak, and kids size of waffle w/ strawberries and sweet cream. It was all delicious, and great portions for the price.  The place is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

Arrived and informed it would be a 20 minute wait even though the tables weren't full. Probably due to short staffing. Very nice waitress named Kim served us promptly. Enjoyed a leisurely cup of coffee and tea while we waited for our entrees, pictured. Bagel sandwich was just okay. Probably a frozen bagel. GF crepe was really good, don't judge it by the look of the outside. Full of creamy cheese and spinach inside. Hash browns only so so. Still, would go again and try other dishes.

$.5-$$, Reservations recommended if not going early in the morning (around business opening). Would recommend Breakfast Guru for families looking for a cheap to semi cheaper meal while I would not recommend if you are in a hurry. My wait to receive food from sitting down was 40 min on a slow day with 3 people.

This off the beaten path for breakfast and lunch location offers a semi cheaper options with many unique dishes to fit any pallet. *Cappuccinos and coffee is a tad expensive.

While the service was quite nice and cheery what I was not impressed with was the execution of the dishes and vibe of the place. I was surprised to hear from a server that the tacos I ordered were not meant for holding?! I was also surprised at the over abundance of potato's which made the dish feel like it was lacking ingredients. While I could taste the cross fusion I felt like it was drowned out. From the food to the vibe, I couldn't quite put my finger on what the owners were trying to go with? Having Italian items (from what I'm guessing is the old restaurant that used to be in its place), old world items like maps on one wall, quotes on another wall and yet felt like a cross between a diner diner and a bar with colorful booths and multiple tvs.

Delicious gluten-free pancakes! I ordered the pecan cluster pancakes, gluten-free, I was not disappointed. We came with a party of 13 and they accommodated us without issue. Everyone seemed pleased with their meal. The waitress did a great job taking care of us!

This was a great breakfast joint. The service was fast and the food was good. The Crepes could have used a little more filling and the potatoes needed some seasoning but everything else was perfect!!

i have seriously never been to this mcdonald’s and not had something go wrong. every time i go i leave in a much worse mood then when i went lol.

i literally do not even eat here. i only ever pick up a frap for my girlfriend and some food for my family when it comes about. the past three times i’ve gone they should have just told me to order a medium frap cause they can’t seem to fill it up all the way, half of it is unblended ice. and someone tell shawty to move the mic off her face, screamin today.

They refuse to bring the food to the table. Why did the McDonald's corporation install kiosks and table tents in all the restaurants??? Because the employees don't want to bring the food to the table. It would be lovely and nice for the customer if they were willing to do that service. But they won't.

Upper management was at this location, there were employees standing around. Took almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order and almost 15 minutes to receive my order and I was the only one in there. I only went there since I wanted something quick. There are many other restaurants in area that a quicker.

I cook in west ocean city and sometimes get off pretty late craving a burger. The crew tonight at this McDonald’s really hooked me up w a great meal.
I’m pretty sure they’re a little short staffed but even w a full lot the cooks turned out a great meal for me after a hard shift. I appreciate their dedication to feeding the community even when times are tough. Keep up the great stuff! 🖖🖖🖖

Every single time at night is a single lane open. It takes 10-15 minutes+ for anyone to talk on the mic. VERY VERY SLOW SERVICE. I only stop here cause it's close to my house and every time it seems it gets longer and longer in wait time. Not even busy for this kind of long wait. Even for mobile orders I have to wait thinking it would speed up the process. During the day its a little faster.
