McDonald's

I took my big Mac back there was way to much sauce on it every time I take a bit sauce would be dripping out I mean a lot and the hamburger paddie was so Tiny and the top paddie would come sliding out. I took it back and they made another one and COME ON PEOPLE IT WAS THE SAME THE MANAGER SHOULD HAVE MADE IT HER SELF TO SHOW THE EMPLOYEE HOW TO DO IT BUTT NO THEY MADE IT THE SAME WAY I COULDN'T EAT IT SO THE BEST PLACE FOR THEM BIG MAC WAS IN THE TRASH. This was at lunch time and the place was packed because it was lunch hour rush it was full of high school kid's we sat down to eat ALL THE TABLES WAS DIRTY NOT ONE PERSON CAME OUT TO WASH OFF TABKES ALL TABLES WAS DURTY HIGH SCHOOL KID'S DON'T CLEAN UP AFTER THEM SELFS THE PLACE WAS NASTY MY WIFE AND I HAD TO EAT IN OUR CAR DIRTY PLACE TABLES WAS NASTY IT WAS A WAST OF $26.00 FOR LUNCH AND WE LOST OUR APPETITE

I gotta' have a double qtr pounder w/cheese now and then...and now they even include the cooked cheese wrapper!...I think next time though I'll order one without the cheese wrapper (it's kinda' tough and chewy with no taste)😐

Ordered food on the mobile app and was charged for double the amount of items. When we showed up to the restaurant, they claimed there wasn’t an order at all, and then the worker inside named Alexis lied to us, saying if we “don’t put in the order number for pickup, the order will be cancelled and we will be refunded in 3 days.” This is uncalled for and absolutely unacceptable. We demand justice. The owners will find out about this one.

ordered a triple cheeseburger but they gave me a double. if i'd wanted that i would have ordered it and saved $2! only found out when i got home. i guess you have to check everything in the bag before leaving this place.

The bathroom was physically  mostly clean but the smell in there is God awful! Very overwhelming and turned my stomach. Wanted to wash my hands prior to ordering. That was a mistake. Customer service here was just ok. Tell your employees to be thankful they even have a job and to smile and greet the customers. Back when I was working fast food, WE HAD TO SMILE AND THANK OUR CUSTOMERS.

Food was not good.   Management was terribly disregarding of my complaint saying they "changed the amount of egg used."  But they didn't reduce the amount of the meal, did they? And $1 "for a slice of cheese.  A DOLLAR!

Then corporate told me the owner operators set their own prices and procedures.

Butter pat is 1"×1" and ½" deep for comparison. Not cool.  I'll be eating at home from now on.

5 stars for being what exactly what I want out of a McD.  Fast, accurate, and friendly.  Fast food may have once had the reputation for being inexpensive, but those notions are long gone.  That being said, you mobile order, apply the best deals, and maybe just drink water when you get home or to your office, you can work yourself out a pretty decent price.  I swear though, they are quick here.  by the time I get to the window, they have my food and I jet outta there.  Keep up the great work.

Got my usual order of a large caramel macchiato, extra espresso and two breakfast burritos. Surprisingly this place didn't try to skimp on the amount of coffee in my cup. The food is always fresh and tastes great. Mornings are pretty quiet and relaxing in the lobby too. Great place to come if you wanna sit down for breakfast and work on some spreadsheets!

I was willing to get passed the rude person at the window that took my money.. but then I ordered an ice cream cone and I was given ice cream in a cup with a cone on top facing down? Is this new? How am I supposed to eat the ice cream from the cup with no spoon?
Also I ordered chicken nugget combo.. got two cheese burgers with fries………….?!?! Also no straw so that was the cherry on top and decided to write a review.

These guys forgot about me in the drive through. Had me park because my nuggets were not ready. Fine, I get that. But after 15 minutes and multiple cars getting served,  where is my food?  I went in and asked. Not one had any idea what happened. I got my money back, no food, and was late for my appointment and now super irritated. Mostly because no one had any idea what happened and didn't offer any solutions to fix it.

Standard McD fare, complete menu. Plus: dining area is nice w variety of seating and outlets.  Food quality is on par with rest of chain, staff is friendly and courteous.  Bathrooms seem to be a weak link with most McDs I've been to.

Every order has been correct. The Big Macs come out picture perfect. The atmosphere is clean, yet still inviting enough to be a comfortable eating experience. They are actually polite to delivery folks. And yet faster than normal for some reason. I go to a lot of fast food places. This place stands out as extraordinarily proficient.

We do a lot of traveling and we often visit the McDonald's near our hotel we've had several problems with the food not once, but twice, so on our way to the hotel we stopped by and complained about everything. Our food was replaced and just as I was taking the last bag of food a server shouted we won't be replacing this anymore. Well okay we won't be coming back to your establishment. I do care how many times you mess up my food, and I am coming back each and everytime you do.  Are you implying that you'll only replace my food once, but twice your staff did just that messed up my order. Poor management and staffing that definitely needs to be replaced. CJ

I live right next door and it only took one rancid burger and a Sprite with floaties of god only knows what for this location to be reported the the local health department. Never again. Wouldn’t feed food from this establishment to my mortal enemy, let alone myself, or children.

Called the location to inform them of the issue and was told, “while we take responsibility for the mistake, it’s not our fault” and was hung up on. No accountability. No responsibility.

Rosie was very pleasant while running a busy dining room by herself. Handel requests graciously with a pleasant demeanor and smile. Please show her gratitude from me and all the patrons she impacted this evening. Great Job Rosie!

About the 3rd time my kid has gotten the spicy nuggets instead of the regular ones. Really shouldn't be that difficult especially when filling a happy meal. Seems like they just don't care here. Also, asked for no onions or pickles on my burger and saw it was on the receipt that way and it still had onions and pickles. Like I said, they don't seem to care.

This location is always clean and fast! My kids enjoy the playroom often!
Appreciate their service.

Me and my partner came here after a rush and they we so incredibly kind and quick to help. And were still apologetic about the wait 5 stars! was worth the extra drive!

I had the most disappointing ice cream cone of my entire life here. It was an inch of ice cream. Shameful.

I ordered off the kiosk at the same time as someone else and when my food came they gave me the other persons food. The person delivering food didn't say much at all and seemed to not really care about the customers and was only getting his job done. The decorations where minimalistic which is ok if you like that, I prefer a bit more detail and personality. The prices are outrageous for the quality of the food but luckily they have deals that can help with that. Along with getting someone else's food their iced coffee tasted like they just dumped a bunch of shredded ice in my drink, I'm pretty sure I chewed my drink more than my food so I do not recommend the frappe.

Waiting 20 minutes for simple orders is the norm here. No employees will speak to you and they all hide in the back. I order in advance on the app and say I’m there far in advance and still wait 10 minutes when I arrive for a biscuit and hashbrowns. Utterly unreal.

Came here around 9:30. Service was aweful waited 25 minutes for a Big Mac and the employees come up look at you get scared and go into the back without interacting with you. The manager on duty asked what I was waiting for and I gave her the order number. She then asked what was on it cause the order was gone and went to go grab the order. She proceeded to slam the bag onto the counter and yelled here’s your Big Mac with some ridiculous attitude for having such an easy job. As a teenager who’s worked plenty of fast food it really isn’t hard. Honestly I thought it was hilarious with my friend but still the service is constantly horrible here. I’d take the extra 5 minutes to go to the one off wadsworth and chatfield or just go to the infinitely better Taco Bell in the same parking lot. Everything is also pretty gross here. (see photo)

Literally go to any location except this one. I've had numerous bad experiences here but tonight was beyond expectations. Sure I customized two of the burgers I ordered, but they didn't get one thing right that I asked and messed up the regular stuff I ordered too. And they are rude to top it all off.

I ordered a quarter pounder and when I returned home to eat it, I found that the interior was still red uncooked and the patty was cold. Completely disgusting and hopefully the bite I actually ingested doesn't get me sick. Go anywhere else but this McDonalds.

I’ve had a few poor experiences here, but this one was ridiculous enough to review. I’m also hangry.
We got an order doordashed to us. All the food was old and stale despite the dasher being really quick. My filet o fish was cold and over-cooked to the point of being dry and tough. The bun was also very toasted (it’s not supposed to be).
I was hungry enough to drive to McDonald’s and request a new one. I waited a very long time for someone to help me, but the manager who finally did was kind. Unfortunately the replacement sandwich was exactly the same as the first, down to the toasted bun and weird half piece of cheese. I just went home😭
A filet o fish is the only thing I get at McDonald’s, so I’ve eaten my fair share of less than ideal sandwiches. But these were so bad I didn’t even eat them. One bite was more than enough. I’m so frustrated🥲

I came through the drive through at like 12 30 ish and was there for 20 minutes before pulling around to see if this location was still open, I had put in a mobile order so when I saw that they were still open I came through again, the meat on my burger was so crusty and old, not even up to temp, my chicken nuggets were also not up to temp and were rubbery, then I had to come back because after I left I realized they forgot my hot and spicy.

I don't know why but it's always just me who gets something terrible, the rest of my family's orders are usually good.  Last time I was there I waited 25 minutes for a staff member to replace a very burned chicken sandwich with a new one.  He forgot about it and then handed me an even worse sandwich.

The biggest problem is that staff will stand there and laugh at people at the front counter, because they no longer need to talk to customers.  I do appreciate the order kiosks, but it results in staff completely ignoring the front.  I saw an older gentlemen try to get their attention for what seemed like an eternity, until I got so annoyed that I had to raise my voice before anyone acknowledged he was there.  Just shameful.  Laughing at your customers because you no longer need to engage them is sad.

My sister and I always come here for breakfast, the employees have been super rude several times, they don't give us what we ordered, but my main problem is that I always ask for breakfast with eggs and pancakes, they always give me raw. It looks disgusting and when I ask for it to correct it, they make me rude and behave very rudely, saying that's how they are. I don't understand why am I still going to a place where they give me raw food, my mistake, when I hand him the plate with the raw egg they threw everything(pancakes) and they give me only the egg, when I ask them kindly they answered me in a very rude way. Thay always have very bad service and you can hear them saying things about you and the service they give you, I do not recommend it at all, last time I come here

Received my online order but the lid to my drink wasn’t fully secured which resulted in a mess but that’s partially my fault for not paying attention. Went inside to refill my drink and noticed leftover food all over the tables, the drink station had items scattered everywhere, straws were soaking wet and scattered throughout the ice catchers, smudges of food everywhere and the tea needed refilled (had to tilt the drink container to get the last bit of tea).
When I got home I noticed I had half a container of fries instead of a full container and my Big Mac had a patty that literally looked like someone split it in half and only gave me a partial patty. I understand it’s hard to maintain quality service and a clean environment if it’s busy and understaffed but it was fairly quiet.
I’m not fond of complaining because I know the food industry is rough but this store needs improvements

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes just for them to be rude when taking my order. I had a code and had to give it to 3 different people just to get my order started. Then they proceeded to give me the incorrect drinks and after I drove off I learned they didn’t even have my order correct. 10/10 do not recommend this. If you hate working customer service that bad, get a different job because making someone else’s day have a bad moment just because you seem to hate life is wrong.

Waited 20 minutes for a mcdouble and small fries. Lady at the window whose shirt said "Manager" was on her phone the whole time. Someone handed her my bag and asked if I was the one who ordered the mcdouble and small fries; the lady looked at her and said "I don't know" and handed me the bag without even verifying. I guess I was an inconvenience to her. My fries were good but my mcdouble was a mess. There was so much ketchup on the tiny little burger. WHY? McDonald's, please hire better employees to run your stores. Better pay could get you better employees.

Long wait to order at counter. Eyelash employee and manager were sitting on sidewalk outside. Came in but walked right by with no offer to help or get help. As mentioned before, no smiles, no welcome, no thank you.  I hate the new model for McDonald's.  They want me to order for myself, but i can't get refills for myself.  I need ice for my coffee  but am intimidated to ask.

Stale buns for the second time. The apple pie was drier than hard tack. When I first moved here, the service and food was great. Now it's total garbage. There is definitely a big difference between the morning and evening shift personnel. It's advisable to avoid this place after lunch. I will never be back after what I was given.

In addition to the miserable food, the service was garbage as well. When I pulled up to order, there were several minutes before anyone asked if they could serve me. Finally, I  was asked what I wanted. I asked for a McDouble and apple pie. Right after I said "apple pie" I heard a male voice say "no." Then to add insult to injury, I received food that I wouldn't feed to my dog. I want my damn money back.

The worst store and staff I ever encountered at McDonalds. I’ll never come back to this disgusting place. Don’t even get me started on the horrible and filthy look of the store. Somebody needs to report them to the health department.

I love McDonald's. They be putting something in their food that is addictive. Fries are hit or miss of course. They either are best fries ever or soggy. Always a gamble but I'm still going with 5 stars

If I could leave no stars I would. Idk what this is but it doesn't look right in any way just glad I noticed it before I swallowed the bite. More and more people have said it looks like mold. I hope something gets done about this location this is disgusting. No regard for customers health and safety.

I don't usually give reviews but this one deserves one.  This is an amazing McDonald's.  The staff is amazing,  the fries are fresh,  drinks are superb and burgers perfect.

Store was clean and nice, but it took a while for someone to come and take my order. Employees walked by and wouldn't say anything. I understand those people were probably actively doing something, but it took a long time to be greeted.

I ordered a crispy chicken meal and was given a fish sandwich in a crispy chicken box. I don't eat fish at all. I was quite upset when I got home. Also, the screen was not working so we could not even see the menu, we just had to tell them what we wanted.

Graze Cafe

Delicious! We catered this year's Thanksgiving, and everything was perfect! Will definitely order again!

I ordered food from Graze for a catered lunch at my company. I ordered the Mediterranean buffet — the food was delicious, portions were generous, and they helped with the setup. Chef Jon was very responsive as we discussed menu options. Highly recommend!

Amazing Macaroons and juices! Trying the sandwich today and have my fingers crossed. Service is great :)

So glad my office is in the Views so I can eat here several times a week. Keeps me out of grocery store shopping. I'd rather have their sandwiches and salads any day. Friendly staff too!

I had a boxed lunch at a City event today and it was really good! The caprese sandwich had a delightful pesto with a surprising lemon taste. Absolutely perfect. The brownie was delightful as well. Based on this I would absolutely eat at the cafe.

I ordered a small unsweetened no ice tea this morning along with two sausage biscuits,two hashbrowns and a biscuit and gravy on my app, which is where I do all my business, so that I don’t have to deal with what I I dealt with. So you might be thinking that I go and complain all the time, but again I only want my food, the way I ordered it, if I’m going to pay for it, and if I order some thing special then I always say, I will wait. I don’t think I’m asking for too much when I just want the food that I ordered made correctly.
When I called the manager questioned and doubted my answer. I mean I have never drank sweet ever, and it actually didn’t taste like sweet tea in the beginning because I drink without a straw, but halfway down I started tasting sugar and so I looked and sure enough there were quite a few sugar crystals at the bottom of my cup. It looks like someone started to make my tea sweet and when they realized it was unsweet instead of starting a new cup she just used the one she already had. The sugar was at the bottom. You may not be able to see it, but it was there, trust me. When you don’t drink sweet drinks, you know when something is sweet, even the slightest bit, and for me, when I drink something sweet it’s an awful experience the way the sugar feels in my mouth, not to mention that on the app you can set favorites so that when I want to order something I simply tell Siri to do it, and most of the time my ordering process is quick and hassle free, and for the most part it’s good, needs improvement, IMO, but what do I know!
I do know one thing, that the error was not on me and I know that for certain, I can’t always say that as I’ve gotten older. But and here’s a big BUT I simply asked for a replacement tea, nothing else. Bad customer service, horrible management service, IMO.
* side note* sadly because of the way we are I feel compelled to say that the food was for me and my roommate.

I ordered three egg muffins with no egg and extra cheese no issue except I got egg on all of them and no ham when the ham goes on it automatically very displeased and this isn’t the first time either on top of it I can’t eat eggs so I ask for it that way for a reason

Coffee machine was broken. Service was slow, but in fairness to the employee's, the person in front of me took a really long time giving their order, so i assume it was complicated. The food we finally got was good though.

Unfortunately our app placed our order at this McDonald's and wouldn't give us the option to change it. So after having to sit in the drive-thru lane for 20 minutes with it unmoving we finally got our food. Box of chicken nuggets wasn't even closed. Just thrown in the bag. It's been a while since we had to use this McDonald's but I remember it being a lot better than this. It's gone downhill for sure.

They spend all their time serving drive thru and are really slow about serving inside customers.  In their defense though, every McDonald's nationwide seems to be doing this.
