At the checkout they are friendly, but the delivery person clearly doesn't like his job and the young man is very rude.
They practically sold me ice since not 25% of the content was beverage.

I loved the Vergel branch because all the staff there are very attentive, they make suggestions and are patient when ordering.

The staff is super friendly and attentive, much better than in other branches. The cleanliness is always impeccable, there are other branches that are always SUPER dirty, but this one has always been kept clean.

Some of the baristas are very helpful, much more than anywhere else and it should be highlighted. They could pay more attention to the freshness of foods, such as avocados, which can become stale very quickly.

I arrived at 9:20pm, the self-service was closed, I got off and they no longer had service because they had an event, I asked for hours to find out because it is new and according to me all the Starbucks provide the same service, I got an iced coffee so I wouldn't leave without anything 90 pesos bad experience

Nothing compared to American Starbucks. Neat, excellent costumer service, beautiful food display, and cheaper prices (77 pesos or 4 dollars for a venti chai latte).

I've noticed that all the new Starbucks are very inviting as a place to have a coffee and do some work on the laptop. But, they are all really loud, this location included. The music is a touch too loud and the walls and ceilings make it an echo chamber.

Other than that, it's fine. The food here was as you would expect, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Usual Starbucks fare. Clean, friendly service.

Undoubtedly my favorite place for working and stay, the guys in their very proactive. Just concider that Some times it might get noisy but well that's not their fault is part of the location there.

Have to say it is just another Starbs. pretty busy but enough spots and tables. it is wide enough so you don't have to worry about social distance and covid.protocols are vwry followed.
it has a drive through and the crew it ia very nice and kind, I saw they have a lot of trainning people so be kind, ther are learning to serve you better...
sure I will return back again.

This is the first Starbucks shop that was open in Saltillo, is located at the spot known as zona dorada next to La Quinta Dorara Hotel.
Consisten experience of the chain.
Indoor and outdoor seatings, smoking section and drive through.
Friendly staff.

For sure SB is my favoriet coffe Shop, even thou in this location thet do not have Expresso Roast in the COD , besides that is Good

Service is always fast and friendly. Kudos to the barista who left me a nice note of encouragement on my latte this morning. It made my day :)

McDonald's

Been here numerous times and had horrible service as well as getting my order wrong every time. Most recent visit, sat in the drive through for 20 minutes only to get to the order screen and get no response for 5 minutes, while the other line took 4 cars’ orders ahead of me.

Food was hot and fresh, but I also order my food special, without certain ingredients. Mistakes were made with my order, but were quickly fixed by management with no problem. They were really nice about it.

watch multiple employees walking around doing nothing, you can see the employees in the back literally not cooking, waited over 30 minutes to get my food and they messed it up somehow after taking for ever and by the time my family got our food, we literally didn’t even want to eat, multiple customers orders were forgotten about as well. One of the worst locations ever been and will never return again

This is the 3rd time I’ve placed a mobile order and paid for a large lemonade and then get there and they tell me they are out of lemonade. How is it that something you are advertising as new is always unavailable? If that’s the case then show on the app that it is out of stock. Same as the Big Mac sauce cups. I ordered 5 to go with my nuggets and got told that they didn’t have any to pick something else after I had already ordered and paid for my food. I was just there to pick it  up not be told I had to change my order… 1 star for the food and 3 stars for the service because at least the lady in the drivethru was nice but that’s the only positive to that interaction

Floors to greasy almost fell.. long waits. Fries cold. Big mac had way to much lettuce and not enough meat.

I usually don't have anything to say about fast food chains. You know what to expect when coming to one for the most part but this place was an exception. Men's bathroom was completely unacceptable, food came out room temp -warm at best. I just didn't have the time to go back and ask for a refund. I had to get driving. The lady that took my order was nice and the service was reasonably fast but that's it. Maybe understaffed. I don't know.

could have went to the waffle house across the street and actually got our food in a reasonable time, we’re traveling and wanted a quick bite to eat but there’s nothing quick about this mcdonald’s, had to walk into the store after ordering in the drive through and being parked 30 minutes waiting for mcdonald’s, they forgot us ,  and it wasn’t just us almost everyone that came through had to wait 30 minutes or more

The restroom here was the worst smelling thing I have ever experienced and I have worked at a wastewater treatment plant.  I do not trust ordering food from a place that does not keep its facilities clean.  The owner needs to take some action.  This was not a stench that developed over a few day.

40 minutes to get five drinks and one hash brown. The lobby was filthy. The restrooms were beyond gross. The staff had an attitude about anybody that wasn't very dark skinned. My order was delivered is just the hash browns pulled receipt and showed that there was supposed to be five drinks. You would have thought that I asked her to pay my mortgage or something. She took and brought cups which was fine except for the coffees which are only behind the counter at she wouldn't. There were no lids. There was no napkins. There were no straws in the lobby at the employee ended up throwing away my receipt so that I couldn't point out additional things that were wrong with the order.

Garbage customer service. Servers didn’t even ring customers up, you had to use the kiosk to order. The drive thru was the only focus. Customers were flying through the drive thru. We waited 30 minutes for 3 egg McMuffins and when we asked where our order was, the server immediately snapped at everyone and said to wait it’s coming “I’m doing my best”. That’s sad that that is your best. Don’t come if you’re hungry and wanting to eat fast.
