McDonald's

The drive through is always long, and I don’t go inside anymore. It doesn’t look like many people go inside, maybe one or two. I don’t know what that’s about. The last time I wanted to buy something for a homeless person, the cashier said I couldn’t do it, but there were homeless people camping out in the parking lot under the trees. I don’t have a problem spending my money to buy someone else some food, and they told me the person does that all the time. Well, I don’t know the homeless person. I have seen her there a few times. She didn’t ask me for money, just food. Anyway, the food is what I ordered and it’s warm. No complaints on that end.

This location is always short staffed which makes this fast food service not so fast. There is always some sort of commotion going on here. This time a homeless man was yelling at an employee for not giving him $2 for the marijuana he provided him. It got intense!  You had to be there.

It’s sad that I will no longer be using the McDonalds that is literally 5 minutes from my house! I would rather drive 15-20 out of the way than to spend my money for poor services! The last two times I’ve gone to this McDonalds they have messed up my order and I hate to say it as a black woman but the two black male and female managers are extremely rude. The only time my food has been fresh and good when when the Hispanics were there and that’s just me being honest! I will never spend my money in this establishment again! I really wish the owner knew how his employees were damaging his business!

Cahsiers rush drive through customers. Is that it? No. Is that it? No. Is that it? No. Completely frustrating because they are impatient and not listening to the order correctly. No surprise at the 3 stars this restaurant has.

I always go here during breakfast hours for a coffee and 2 crispy chicken biscuits. Staff is very nice. Atmoesphere could be a bit more vibrant. Staff did not offer the 2 for $4 chicken biscuit special and I ended up paying $4.50 for 1 and noticed when I got outside. They happily gave the 2nd biscuit upon re-entry. 0verall 7/10.

I don’t know why I keep coming back here.
Don’t go to this McDonald’s. It is usually awful. Many times it is terribly service and I’ve also had wrappers put in my drinks. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Ive been avoiding this McDonalds like the plague since covid because of the long wait times and order mistakes. Thought i would give them another chance...big mistake.
Waited 25 mins in line to get a big mac meal that came with NO MEAT!!! The other meals i ordered  were stone cold.
Never again...these people just dont care

we used the drive thru. It was extremely slow. They didn't tell one car to pull up which held up the entire line.
our food was warm at best. Will not be visiting here any time soon. We should have followed suit and pulled out of line like others.

Never order using McDonalds app for curbside. Wait items 15 minutes after check-in before walking into store. Waited another 5 minutes before talking to someone who stated they had not got to my order yet. All the time seeing MANY vehicles going into drive thru while still waiting. They are awful at online orders, only paying attention to drive thru and giving them ALL the priority meanwhile they have already taken my money and sitting on my order. I will NEVER come back to this location again! 37 minutes to get my food!

The personnel were professional.
My food was hot and the order was accurate. The asst. Mgr worked well with customers and employees professionally.

Horrible came up here for a interview stood in line for 10 minutes. They weren't busy at all. No other customers were behind me. I was Completely ignored made fun of in Spanish and  nobody even interviewed not to mention there were no  people of color  all Caucasians and  Hispanics

I’ve lived near this location for years, and have seen it go thru good and bad times. Recently, they’ve been consistently improving in all areas. The customer service has been great - all the employees are friendly and helpful, the food is fresh & hot, and the orders are correct. And, on the occasion that an order is not correct, an employee promptly fixes the issue. My son and I really enjoy coming here now and appreciate all the effort going into these improvements.

This location ALWAYS messes up the order and almost always runs out of any given item on the breakfast menu before 11am. One morning it’s the hash browns, another day it’s the hot cakes — what you won’t be getting with your meal is a guessing game every morning.

Also goes without saying that the ice cream/McFlurry machine never works. I think it’s a running joke at this point with many locations, not just this one.

On a positive note, staff is mostly friendly and the location is always clean. Besides that, you should prepare to spend at least 10 minutes to receive your food. Basically, I just never leave satisfied.

I ordered a Big Mac today haven't ordered one in awhile they usually aren't what I was hoping for but today they knocked it out the park that was the best Big Mac I have had my entire life the service was quick food was hot and very friendly awesome job and awesome experience I give ten stars but only have 5!!!!@

So I ordered 2 10 piece chicken nugget nuggets from here and when I checked both of the boxes they gave me only 9 in each box. I am mad about that and I payed all that money for only 18 nuggets. My sister as well, ordered the same thing as me and she also got gypped two nuggets. So in total we were gypped 4 nuggets.

They gave me an old burger that had been sitting bc I asked for no tomato’s add Mac sauce and it definitely had tomatoes on it and the cheese was so hard you could tell it had been sitting out . I can’t get ahold of anyone at the store or customer service but I will not be returning.

I bought some fries and they had a hair on it, the manager didn’t even apologized 🤮🤮. My hair is red so completely not mine

I’ve been here on several different occasions to get food and the service has never been as so unfriendly as it was today. The manager Nick was extremely rude this morning when I was placing an order and talking to me in a very condescending manner. Listen don’t work in customer service if you truly don’t like it.

I reside nearby, and my son frequents this establishment without any prior issues. Regrettably, this evening, my son found himself in a situation where he had proof of purchase just before your systems experienced downtime. Consequently, while other customers received their orders, my son had to contact me to come to the location so I could retrieve their food. He endured a wait of over 30 minutes for his order, which I consider to be remarkably inconsiderate.

Upon my arrival, I found that the team members were uninterested in resolving our predicament. They contacted the manager, "Mr. B," via phone, and the female cashier became hostile after we expressed our understandable frustration. She raised her voice and even resorted to threatening physical confrontation, repeatedly citing her pregnancy as an excuse as she yelled across the restaurant.

My expectation is for all customers, particularly teenagers with proof of purchase, to be treated with equal consideration and respect.

Pulled up to pick up an order ahead. the line was completely wrapped around the store and people’s hazards were on. the parking lot was full so we walked in, in hopes we could just grab and go but there were 3 other people waiting as well. other 3 were for uber eats and had to cancel their orders because of the wait. after we entered the workers locked the door so no one else could enter and one had a slight attitude as she came back from the hiding in the restrooms. the one that was polite was the only one ACTUALLY working and getting all the orders out, along with the ONE cook they had. we waited about 30 minutes for our food.

Great customer service from the cashier. Received order fast. Food hot and fresh… Very busy lunch environment but too many people working with nothing covering their hair, beard, mustache. As I was eating my food lord behold I found a hair on my fries. I threw the whole order away and we ended up going somewhere else on the way home. That was so disappointing and the only reason I gave 3 star!

Waited for an hour with few people in the drive thru and they have no remorse, just oops we were busy with (with not customers)

Edit: they came out and said we closed for a bit, I can wait till they are ready for them to re open. It’s been over an hour. They are just hanging out inside doing nothing. Lazy lazy lazy. I can see them inside the windows. 1 star for life.

Didn’t eat here, only was there for a short few minutes to use the bathroom. And I have to say that I was very disappointed. The toilet tissue dispenser was empty so I had tried calling the store within the bathroom to ask for some. That was unsuccessful because the stores phone doesn’t work. I then resorted to using the hand paper towels along the wall.  Never have I ever😭. When you first walk in the restaurant there is nothing but receipts on the ground. I could only imagine how the food taste. Definitely not a sit-in restaurant because there were no charging stations available

We stopped in today for a snack and the employee that took care of us had a super personality. He asked us to sit down and delivered our food to us, checked back on our table (and other diners)several times, asking if he could get us anything else and took our tray to dispose for us. We were amazed as he went above and beyond, the typical fast food experience. I’m kicking myself since I’ve forgotten this gentleman’s name but, wanted to make sure he did get some recognition as he said that they were short handed. Between the two of us, we’ve had over 40 years of serving experience ourselves and it was a pleasant surprise.

Honestly , the experience that I had was completely disgusting. Ordered a mobile order while in the drive thru waiting for 20 minutes. Only for my order to be cold after an additional 30 minutes to receive the food. The staff was disrespectful and told me that the worker in the back was dumb because she didn’t check our orders on. Then proceeded to yell at us saying “ she wasn’t a mind reader” when she was confused on what the order was and wanted us to repeat the order back to her. Experience was trash, will not be back.

This might be the worst McDonald's in the Buckhead/Brookhaven area. Tonight I walked into the store and there were trash bags by the door. A stream of dirty water across the floor. I've included pictures in this review.

The tables are dirty with crumbs all over there are flies in here. The staff seems rushed and a bit rude.

I recommend the owner invest time in more training and quality control.

I came here to pickup an order. Not only could I not get an employee to help me, I had to yell behind the counter and ask for my bag that had been ready and sitting for a good 10-15min. I tried waiting patiently however the Hispanic lady made it a point to ignore me until I finally began to yell. There was another employee taking drive thru orders and eating an ice cream cone while walking around the store. I’m reaching out to the health department. Chick fil a really needs to show these other fast food restaurants what customer service looks like.

I ordered this meal around 1:55pm Wednesday September 7, 2022. I took a bite out of this sandwich and got sick. I would be contacting corporate for a lawsuit against this franchise store. This is unacceptable.  Raw half cooked sandwich

Probably the best McDonald's iv been to in many a long year. Clean and neat. Wonderful staff greating you with a smile and order accurately executed perfectly. Should have requested fresh fries but i was the last order filked out of a fresh basket so i cant complain 😀😀...... because the soft serve cone she handed to me was two swirls to tall and made up for anything that may have been wrong. Ill only ever have patronage at this location well im in Atlanta.

Consistently the worst McDonalds location in the country. I’ve lived down the road and we stop by just to entertain ourselves in how bad it truly is. They never throw the food out after is has been sitting out. The sandwiches are always dry, sloppy, and thrown together. I’ve never ordered my food and gotten it within five minutes. The ice cream machine damn near doesn’t exist. The pies are always gelatinous, the lids are never on tight. The lettuce is always wilted... I could go on and on.

Very slow at night. One lady on her phone while taking orders in drive thru other employee running around trying to do everything. She was somewhat rude to some of the other cars. Some people just pulled off. I gave 4 stars only for the young man. He deserves all 5's but she pulls down the score and fries were not hot.

I used to manage a McDonald's many years ago in Colorado...this one reminds me of the one I managed. Stopped in for breakfast and noticed a large group of seniors chatting and eating breakfast. I had a group of seniors come in twice a week for breakfast and they were my favorite customers. Sure brought back some memories. This store was very clean which is pretty uncommon in most McDonald's stores. The breakfast was good, it was hot and the manager was friendly. Kudos to this location.

Lost my order; took almost 30 mins to finally get a happy meal( I cancelled my portion as I was so upset); no ketchup at self-serve station; no straws; tables were dirty; staff was behind the barrier joking/ laughing while I stood waiting for someone to ask if I had a problem. Won’t be back… don’t need the stress!

Good was okay. Not the best McDs has to offer.

Needed tables wiped and floor sweep. Was overly bad, just not up to a standard.

Usually this one is cleaner, food is fresher. Maybe just a bad trip this time.

Wasn't busy and ate inside as it was my daughters birthday. Took 20 mins to get the food and then…it wad cold. I reordered fries and a burger as my kids were fine wjth jt cold. Came out again cold. Clearly an issue. Plus I despise their kiosks. Takes longer and inevitably  something is always ordered or delivered wrong.

7.10.23: Want to thank this young man for correcting my drink order. May I have a frozen cherry and coke mixed. It was"special" on the drive-thru order board. Got to the pickup window, it was just cherry.  He remade my drink. Thank you for going beyond and doing it with a smile.  I hope McD appreciates you.

It's hot outside! Ice tea, frozen or soda. McD is the best for dinnertime, cold to drink

They were supposed to deliver the food to our table but they just called out the number instead. They forgot one of the sauces I ordered, maybe they were out or something but they should have said something anyway. Place was relatively clean. The software was glitchy and unreliable as always as well but that’s not this locations faul

It's a typical McDonald's, it's like any other McDonald's. Service and food was good, although I was slightly disappointed that they ran out of the new dipping sauces.

This place can be hit or miss. I was just there a couple days ago and it was a hit. Drive-through was especially quick food came out hot and fresh. A good experience and recommended for this last visit I had.

The cashier was hostile af no matter how neutral I tried to be.  Eye rolling, cutting me off, etc.  I honestly thought I was in a 90's movie.  For context, I'm a dasher: so, you can imagine I was polite as my ratings are based on order completion.

Further, I hate when people ask obvious question too.  But given the pickups don't have names on them, I don't think my question about the customer's order was "superfluous" at all.  I also wasn't rushing her: she could've politely said it's not ready, whatever.  Instead she was barking at me to look "over there"--at the pickup shelf.

In short, I can't wait to leave mammy city.

Clean environment and inside the workers were easy going and got me in and out in a hurry. Fast turnaround time and i got the right order the first time. There is a few kiosk to order from if you prefer that way or you can order on the app or at the counter. I recommend getting the apl to get rewarded for eating at McDonald’s and also get deals on food or even free food. Restrooms in the back and the parking looks ok for this location. Like if this helped in any way 👍🏾

My spicy McCrispy patty was burned and I didnt know until i got to work. I asked twice for hot mustard dip and the cashier gave me regular mustard.  Thumbs down for sure.

This McDonald's is the BEST I have ever been to. I stop at a McDonald's Just about EVERY day to get my LG Caramel ice coffee. I didn't get the Coffee but I did get was Hot and Fresh. Great Customer service. Great team.

I want to believe my underwhelming experience was only a branch issue. Otherwise, I'd have to say McDonald's in the USA pales in comparison to it's Europe branches.
I wanna type an entire essay on the lousy food, and the inattentive staff (they looked like 12 year olds), but I'll save it.

I placed an order using the mobile app, I went to the restaurant and they were closed. The app says they are 24 hours, but they are closed for two hours each day. That is not 24 hours that is false advertising. Also, McDonald’s says I need to get my refund at the store where the order was placed. So I’m supposed to go back at a later date to get my refund. I hate this giant corporation.
