McDonald's

This locations decor was very unique and comforting. Food was fast and fresh.Only thing that topped this stores decor and food was it's service. Paula and all the others ( sorry did not get their names) were true five star top of the line service providers. Store was a prize winning example of fast food excellence and creativity. Big thanks to them all and may the Good Lord richly and continually bless them all.

They were very busy. The soft serve machine was out of order and customers were unhappy. My Big Mac was very good.

Egg McMuffins are delicious  when prepared to spec.   Need to toast the English muffins to provide that crispy bite in a wonderful morning breakfast.

Food is usually fresh when we go.   Occasionally cold fries. The workers are not very friendly and seem miserable. When in the drive thru when ordering the person says "what else", that just seems rude. I worked at restaurants when I was younger and was taught to speak to people respectfully......

Just went here again and my drink was not filled all the way. It was for my son that doesn't need too much soda so I didn't complain. But if it was mine I would have asked for more.

Pathetic!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Everytime I visit this establishment, I have to remake my burger. There is never anything (condiments or fixings) on the burgers that is supposed to be on them. I bring it home and put everything on myself. Give them all raises and pay them $15 an hour immediately!!!

So I went inside to get 2 iced coffees. Ordered through the kiosk because they apparently will not help you if you are wanting to order at the counter. After 15 minutes of waiting I go up to the counter waited a good little bit to get a employee to assist us and we say we are waiting on our 2 iced coffees one was a latte well the latte machine was down and wouldn’t be up for 20 minutes that’s something I would like to be informed about. We got our coffees the one that wasn’t a latte all the ice was melted and the latte one wasn’t even a latte we just settled for something else since we was in a hurry. The staff was not very friendly and seemed impatient. I personally recommend people to go to the downtown one on Main Street. It’s usually better service and better product. I really hope this one gets better like it used to be.

After the 3rd time yelling at someone from the counter we finally got a 12 year old to take our order. There were only 3 people in the lobby and we stood there for 10 minutes waiting on someone to come see us. The manager, who was working the line, looked at us 3 or 4 times and never yelled for someone to go up front to check on customers. Food was typical McDs. The bathrooms were filthy and I didn't even go cause they were terrible.
Don't k ow who the manager is here but they need to learn how to do their job and make sure their restaurant is running smoothly. Will never stop here again!

People are nice, I think they forgot their supposed to be the cheep fast food tho. If u customize ur burger count on it being wrong every time, if u ask for mayo make sure to say "light mayo" cuz other wise it'll me dripping mayo out the sides as soon as u pick it up, only reason I eat here is for their toys in the kids meals when they have ty beanie babys, Pokemon, or the boo buckets. Also their stock for those toys is super limited so even knowing it's supposed to last a few weeks they could be sold out of the toy in a few days....

We love this McDonald's. The food quality is wonderful. It is way better than the one we have. If it wasn't so far, we would eat here every time we wanted McDonald's.

Picked up dinner for my friend and I, the service was good, but a long wait in drive thru, and food was good!!

Very very rude! Literally just ignored us in the drive thru! Went in to find food, Noone wanted to help! Very rude. Finally got our food and for once in a long food was good but don't make up for the behaviors of them! No they had Noone in the place!

I ordered my food in drive thru. Paid. Then was told to park in spot 3. Waited for 15 mins. Went inside to check on my food. Manager acted like it was no big deal. I got no apology. And to top it off I didnt get my apple pie. Horrible experience!!!

The food is generally good. Place used to be just fine to visit, but not so much anymore. Good luck getting an order taken, the people behind the counter are pros at ignoring customers. Half the time when you do finally get someone, they'll come out from behind the counter just to show you how to use the kiosk. Sorry but I don't work for McDonald's and damn sure don't want to. And if it's night shift, better hope you're not in a hurry, because they sure aren't.  Have waited 20+ minutes with only 1 other person in line.

About three months ago my sweet tea had a baby roach on the inside of the cup. The manager was notified. Today there was a bug found in my frappe. This is twice in the last couple of months. I recommend going anywhere else but here.

I came by with my mom and went to drive thru just now. I asked for 4C which was the Deluxe Crispy sandwich and 2 cookies and cream pies. They rang up a Spicy McCrispy when I saw the bag so we told them "no no, deluxe crispy." Saw the box for Deluxe crispy so i thought it was all good. Came home and took a bite, and it's Spicy Deluxe Crispy!! I asked for the damn Deluxe Crispy Sandwich! I didn't say anything about spicy!! If i wanted Spicy Deluxe Crispy, i would have said "spicy deluxe crispy," but i didn't!

They didn't switch out the chicken like the photo and you can see the spicy sauce! Now I'm stuck having to eat it while my mouth burns and i can't even enjoy it. I can't handle spicy food and now I'm having to take 1 bite every 20 minutes. They need to pay attention to what customers ask for. And I've been to this location before and they never messed up when I asked for Deluxe Crispy sandwich

Unfortunately, I'll only give 4 stars on service and atmosphere for today's visit.  This is due to the fact that I walked into the store to pick up my mobile order, and no one was there to help me.  Moreover, my two bags were just sitting at the pickup station unattended.  Most people would probably be grateful for not having to make small talk while retrieving their food.  However, I feel like McDonald's isn't really the best place to exercise the honor system.

No one checked my receipt or attempted to verify that the order was actually mine.  I simply walked in, saw the sign for the pickup area, grabbed my bags, waited for someone to approach, and then left again when no one ever did.  I could have been anyone for all they knew.  This is not just a problem for me but for them also.  If someone else had taken my food, they would've had to remake it and would've lost money on it.  Overall, it just didn't feel like a secure system.

As for the atmosphere, I have 4 stars simply because it was a McDonald's.  It was just like all the other, hundreds of McDonald's stores I've been to.  The same decor, the same uniforms, the same kind of grumpy old manager yelling at the same kind of stoned teenage kid in the back for throwing food around.  I just wish these stores would at least try to be a little more unique so it wouldn't leave me feeling like I had just walked into the same place for the millionth time, only in a different location.

I would love to tell you all that the service was good, but again, I really don't know since no one ever even talked to me.

Nobody gets 5 stars from me so if u got 4 I am impressed. I got 2 number 1s  Big Mac McDonald's,  that burger you just crave when u r driving around hungry,  yep it was perfect (Hwy 71)store, very well built burger, so well, I had to take pictures!! It was Ssssooo goooddd! the fries were amazing,  hot crisp,  perfection!!  Turned out I only had to pay $1 for 1 Big Mac! Saved me almost 5 bucks (pretax)! Download the app ya'll,  and GO EAT!!

I wanted an iced americano, they said they usually only do it hot but did a special request for me and put it over ice. Great service. Great employees. They weren't super busy but weren't super dead. Were happy to accommodate me. Even early on a Saturday morning. The food was hot and fresh and tasted great as did both our coffees. We love McDonald's. Better if you use the app. And really enjoy this location

I thought the egg sausage and biscuit was a little high. $5.49 plus tax . It was good just didn't want to spend 8 dollars on that with a drink

They didn't have breakfast burritos. I tried a McRib for the first time and the world just seems a little less bright. The cashier was pleasant to interact with.

The food was unfortunately stale and cold.
After a long day of travel, we really just wanted a quick but good meal that we could count on, McDonald’s is usually on point but this was too bad to even eat. We tossed most of the food. A complete waste of money.

DO NOT GO HERE no matter how much you’re craving McDonald’s. You can tell them your food order 3 times and they will still get it wrong.  You wait in the drive thru for 10min for damn cold food that taste like it’s been microwaved to be cooked! Fries either have no salt or wayyy too much.  I’ve given this place a hundred tries and they let me down 99 of those times! Please just close down and let another fast food place take over!

Ordered a Big Mac, it only had 1 hamburger patty and a bunch of lettuce. Disappointing, I do not usually eat fast food but was craving a Big Mac- I live across the street from McDonald’s and will not be back!

The Pattie’s were barley cooked. Nuggets were not good either. We through out everything. The only good thing was the drink. Window guy was with no customer service

Wait time wasn't the greatest. Employees on the cell phones in the prep area, no gloves were used while prepping food. We ordered extra mayo and they gave us extra, but looked as if the burgers were thrown together.

My main reason for visiting this McDonald's is the deals on the app. Most of the time I order coffee and customize the flavor/sugar in it. I would say 70% of the time it tastes correctly.

I am sorry to say we won't be going there again.    We had to wait going on 10 minutes to get anyone to even acknowledge us, and then they finally took our order. It seems that if you don't use the app or are a drive though, you aren't important. There were approx 15 employees there. The one who had to squeeze by us many times to deliver an order to a waiting car did not excuse herself once. There was no politeness from any staff. The food was just run of the mill McDonalds food. Thumbs down. Sorry...

We bought fries 🍟 .Mac chicken and it was delicious 😋 taste and environment was so good 😊 we did photoshoot outside of this machdonald and had a lot fun there it was our memorable meal and time ❤️ we will never forget this spot and will visit again when we will be in this area.

Dakota Maid

Found Dakota Maid on my map and anticipated a good meal.
I waited a week before writing a review just to make sure I am being fare. The restaurant was very clean. The service was adequate. The food was sparse. I got a panini and there were three wafer thin slices of salami, a few pieces of pepperoni, and cheese with six pieces of black olives. The sandwich had no other toppings was over toasted and very dry. My friend got the quesidilla and it was prepared with the same skimpy amount of ingredients. I wish the proprietor success with there business but, I think that they will need to rethink what they are offering. We will not visit this business again.

A must stop and visit great food and customer service. Also remember to sign the guest book.

I enjoyed my BLT but the portion size of sweet potato fries was very stingy. They brew the iced tea which was the highlight for me.

we had to throw away the rest of the food. The food at this McDonald's is terrible and disgusting. It's the most disgusting thing he's ever eaten before. I'm very angry, I hope they give me my money back! because it was disrespectful. We couldn't turn back because we were passing through, traveling and we couldn't go back. I'll call it the Bad Donalds. because the quality has decreased. I requested freshly made fries and nuggets and the nuggets were stiff! stiff as a stone 🪨 and cold! 😡😡. The potatoes full of oil, refried and cold, very disgusting and still raw. the hamburger bun 🍔 burnt! and unpleasant tomato. and they did not place the pickles that I had requested. I hope they can give me my money back! because it's the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten at this restaurant before. The very bad work team took a while to give us that refried food that was cold and stiff as a stone and it took us inside the establishment for 17 minutes 😡. Desagradable! Unbelievable.. I just stopped to get some food from clarksville. Ordered 2 mc chickens and a 2 cheeseburger meal. Get all the way back to the house in Knoxville and my two burgers had no meat on them. Of Course I try to call to complain no on answers the phone. How hard is it to assemble not make a burger. And these kids are making how much an hour? I'm never going back and suggest all you do the same.

This place constantly goes down hill, they need to hire better managers and train employees better and hold them accountable. Every time i go in there the employees are too busy playing around or flirting with each other to work/serve customers, and the drive through they always make you pull up and wait even if you ordered one plain cheeseburger... its ridiculous

I went inside McDonald's to order an ice cream cone.  I told the boy that I wanted to order an ice cream cone before he scanned my order.  I had a code which was to get 50% off an ice cream cone.  I had my code pulled up on my smart phone and the boy said he needed to scan the order.  He scanned my order on my phone and then told me the ice cream machine was broke.  That took my deal off, and I couldn't order any other deal.  It comes up and says already used deal and want let you pick another deal.  I asked for the manager.  Her name is Katrina .  She said I would be able to use another deal within 15 minutes, but that was a lie.  I asked her if I could get something to replace the ice cream cone, but she refused.  The place needs to be turned in to the McDonald's headquarters right away.  Many of the employees are messed up mentally.  You tell them what you want to order, but they want listen to you.  Rude!!

I absolutely LOVE the workers & the manager Janine. She's funny, nice & is a hard worker. She needs a raise. They have some young workers, but I've seen them work so hard & for them to be as young as they are, you don't find or see that much any more. But, I DEFINITELY recommend stopping into this place. As I'm sitting here eating my breakfast, which was really good btw, I see them working together, not separately. Which really makes things run smoothly. I got mad respect for them.

It was a fast food breakfast and I haven’t had one of these in a long time. I can see why! I am not a breakfast person anyway, but this help me confirm why. Is it just me or has the size of the McGriddle…bacon, egg, and cheese…scales way back in size? That thing was tiny as hell! Obviously it’s not the fault of the staff and store. Plus the people here were very nice and extremely helpful.

I've gone here twice recently and my first time in I ordered 4 quarter pounders and fries. We went through and the service was very polite and helpful. However once I picked up my food I had noticed a couple of my quarters seemed hastily made and almost not stacked together at all. Almost just thrown in the box. Other than that the food tasted great. The fries were hot and fresh which was perfect. Got a grimace shake my second time by and the service and shake was magnificent.

I truly don’t know how anyone would give them more than a 1 star rating. The employees are super rude. Almost every time I’ve been, something is missing. I got a cheeseburger meal and neither of the burgers had a patty on them and my kids happy meal didn’t have the chicken nuggets in it…

Our $12.00 meal, that cost us $25.00, was as good as McDonalds always is. We like McDonalds, but their prices have gone to high. We can eat at a buffet for $25.00, and from now on we will.

I wonna give a shout out to Jo very professional and always cares about the customer and always doing what is right for the customer. Thank you Jo if it was not for you and Kimberly McDonald's would loose a lot of customers. Y'all pick up the slack and take care of us customers. Only reason my review was not five stars cos food was nasty. BUT TO KIMBERLY AND JO THANK YALL.

Normally there is decent service at this location, but today was a different story. First of all, they never asked if I wanted to make an order, so I tried the kiosk since it was taking forever. I spent a few minutes trying to make my order on the kiosk just to find out the card reader is out of order, so I printed a receipt to pay at the register. I wait again for someone to acknowledge me and nothing. Suddenly two other customers come in and they suddenly jump to take their order. At this point I was fed up, so I left. I'm extremely disappointed in this location! I expect better if we decide to come back in the future!

For a McDonald's inside a gas station, which seems the only fair benchmark to apply, it was quite good. Service was polite, if slow, and there were no issues with the food I ordered (it was if typical quality for the chain). There is little atmosphere and very little in realistic seating, but some seating exists and those tables, along with the rest of the restaurant, were clean.

The cost for a fast-food meal is insane.  I ate at a sit down restaurant which had better, healthier food last night that was less expensive.

Cold, old fries, sweet tea only available in the drive thru, one quarter pounder made incorrectly, and the Big Mac was cold and had little sauce.
