Atmosfera Sport - MiraBike (El Casar-GU).

Unbeatable treatment. I decided to assemble a mtb from scratch and they advised me at all times and helped me with some parts and assembly. They also modernized a road one. Whenever I have had a question or a problem with my bikes, I have gone to them and they have been able to solve it. They have a good bike shop and good service. When I go and they are serving other clients, they put all their desire and their knowledge into ensuring that the client is satisfied.
It is one of those places where they prefer to tell the client what is best for them instead of trying to sell them what they want. Even if that thing that suits you is not in that store. Highly recommended.

Very professional and excellent treatment. I have taken the stationary bike to be fixed several times and at all times they advise you and offer you the best. I live in Madrid and I always take her there, they are the best. Totally recommended.

Totally recommendable store, you can go with any problem on the bicycle, they always fix it, the mechanic is very professional. And cheaper prices than anywhere else.

We went to take the electric skate to fix, who in principle knew how to fix skates, without having any idea about skates, we left it in charge, he put solid wheels on us... YOU CANNOT PUT SOLID WHEELS ON THE SKATE, we ended up knowing this thanks to the fact that the solid wheels affected the skate battery due to vibrations... BROKEN skate
Personally, I won't take it again… Go to the decathlon.
€280 to fix it for nothing🤦🏻‍♀️.

Great shop for bikes and sports equipment in general.
Millán is a mechanic of those who no longer remain. Always try to get the material back before trying to sell you a new part. And if something needs to be replaced, the service is very fast and the price is very reasonable.

Bought a fishing rod and reel combo.  The next day I took only the reel in a bag to the store for them to put fishing line on the reel because they had no one in that department to help me.  They had huge spools of fishing line that made me think that they put the line on reels.  Was not so. So, after I spoke with a guy that worked in that department and he told me that the big spools of line were for sale, I grabbed a small spool of line and a few other small things (hooks, swivels, luminous sticks) and headed to the counter to pay.  I told the cashier that I bought the combo the day before and she gave me a look as if I were stealing.  I went to leave the store and security purposely sounded the theft alarm.  He said a pack of swivels made the alarm go off and asked to see my receipt.  Out of all this, nothing bothered me more than 1.  them not knowing their product.  That reel is part of a combo reel and rod.  2. (Surely) They have video in the store that would show if I stole something.  3.  Don't bother me with BS that you can investigate in your own time without interrupting a customer that spends money FREQUENTLY in your store!!!!  Only reason I go back is because it's close.  Two words... View videos!!!

Decathlon El Puerto de Santa María

Gotta give this store 5 stars. It’s equivalent to a Sports Authority and REI all rolled into one.
Checking out is very easy and they usually (95%) have what I’m looking for.
The only issue I would say I’ve had is some of their clothes (cycling socks) are all out of stock (adult men’s) and they don’t know when they will get more in.
Prices are relatively reasonable too!

I needed some new Shimano SPD-SL cleats for my cycling shoes & found this branch of Decathlon in El Puerto de Santa Maria using cycle lanes, bridge over the river & big blue Decathlon sign by the road...staff very helpful, pigeon Spanish, a little English & some pointing... I was taken to the isle/ rack with bike pedals & cleats on & hey presto I've got my replacement cleats.

A good experience, the staff were friendly and helpful. I bought an e st 500 ebike and the preparation could have been better, no dust caps, handlebars not in line,bottle cage loose.Also I've since realised the bike should have been supplied with lights,mine didn't have any.Having said that I'm happy with the bike and have sorted the issues myself.

Very disappointed with the sale of toys in poor condition with no option to return, according to the clerk, that toy that they have been selling for more than Christmas has given rise to complaints, but they continue to sell it... I find it unfortunate that they sell things that they know don't work good. I will not come back!

My first time visiting this specific store, I love hiking/outdoor equipment so I wanted to go through the entire store. It took me over 2 hours to check all the sections and look around a bit, and I still might have missed some places!

The workers were all helpful and nice, I asked them were to find specific things and they pointed me to the right direction, and I asked one of the workers something related to trekking poles and he answered and seemed like he knew his stuff.

I'm super happy with this, the clothes there is amazing, most of the hiking/camping gear is good for the price, it's not the best but it doesn't cost a lot. I'd say it's decent and holds up well for the price.

I'll 100% be coming back here. I think everyone should check this store, even if you need normal everyday clothes, the clothes they have are amazing quality and the price is fair.

Gigantic store. Probably 70% clothing. But they've got almost everything for every sport, from golf, to swimming, skiing, hunting, biking, ballet, boxing, climbing.... Pretty much everything.  And they have Hulu hoops.
And as an environmentalist, I very much appreciate the permeable parking lot. Thank you for doing that sustainably, Decathlon.

Whenever I have to buy sportswear I go to this store and the truth is that it is the first time that I have stopped to read the reviews and they do not correspond to reality.
The attention is unmatched, dependents and clerks very friendly and involved with their work.
In addition to the prices that are quite affordable.
This time I went to the store and bought two pairs of shoes, one Puma and one Reebok for my mother and we both left very happy with our purchase and for the attention of the guy from Cordoba who told us which shoe sole was better for what we were looking for.

This review is directed to the web. I order a complete tracksuit and only get the jacket, in the specific description both pants and jacket pieces come. This isn't the first time this has happened, my partner had the same problem on a previous order, so it's not an uncommon mistake. Incompetent and bad service

Every time I have to pay, I have to walk around the store to call someone to charge me. Normally they are usually talking to each other, I imagine things about the store.

There is everything I'm looking for and more.
The discounts, the offers that it has all year round... I don't have to wait for the sales because there are very good offers all year round. Thank you for the care.

I cannot thank Marga enough for her help. I had an issue with the VAT refund and she went above and beyond to solve it. It was a hectic day at Decathlon, but she took the time to figure out what the problem was. She never stopped smiling even when I knew she had 10 other problems to solve. Decathlon is one of my favorite stops when I am in Girona, and Marga is yet another reason to drive by the store and check out what's new.

Kind and very helpful staff; good variety of items, good quality as well.

Good place, with several parking lots.
The store's inside is very clean, organized, and with equipment for many sports.
Shop assistants are nice.
But the changing room aren't available due to the pandemic.
