The Waxing Room Omaha

Certainly a public comment is not the first thing a guy wants to post about a back wax, but I think The Waxing Room deserves some public praise.  I've always had a rock solid experience. The whole process has been fast and professional.  Five stars.

Had a wonderful experience. All of the previous poor ratings have either been taken care of or never really was a problem I'd ignore those! My waxing was very comfortable, clean and complete with no stray hairs remaining.

I've never written a review for anything in my life before, but this time it felt completely necessary. I've been getting waxed for 10+ years and this was truly the worst Brazilian wax I've ever had. Not only was she asleep on the waxing table when I arrived, but she missed huge patches and it was more painful than any other wax I've had. I had more ingrown hairs pop up after this wax than I've had in my lifetime. My skin was so irritated for two weeks. When I went to get waxed a few weeks later (by another lady) she told me that the technique used was terrible, I had broken hairs all over, and I may have well have just shaved.

We moved and I can't find anyone as great as Lindsey! She was always so professional, quick, and very reasonably priced. High quality products. If we ever move back to the Omaha area, I'll definitely be back!!!

Linsey is amazing! This is my first time ever (never have waxed or shaved), and she made the whole experience calm. Yes, it hurts. There's no denying that, but she talked me through the whole time and I couldn't have found someone better!

Wax Therapy Brazilian and Body Waxing

Kayla was very hospitable and quick and thorough! The hard wax she uses is good quality, which made my Brazilian relatively painless! I will 100% be returning. Always happy to support a girl boss small business.

European Wax Center

First time in! I had Maggie for my visit and she was fantastic! She made me feel very comfortable and made my experience wonderful. She was very thorough and I left feeling so much confidence i haven't felt in years! I'll definitely be coming back!

A few months ago I started going to European for my wax needs. By luck of the draw, I was assigned to Maggie. She has been great. She’s truly very professional and lucky for me she’s a perfectionist. European also carries many products and offers a variety of services. I can’t imagine having a better experience anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Rhys is quick, efficient, complete, and professional! I’ve been going to her for almost three years and I would highly recommend her to any and everyone.

Shear Madness Haircuts For Kids

This place is amazing! Cut my sons hair exactly as I asked and were super patient and quick. They even offer a “first haircut” special where they cut a lock of hair and print before and after pictures for you! Will be coming back!

When we first walked in, they gave us a friendly greeting and checked us in. There is a little toy store so we could entertain my nephew while we waited, which was useful! The sweet lady that gave him his FIRST haircut was fast and knew all the tricks to get him to sit still! Overall, we had a great time! I definitely recommend Shear Madness!

An outstanding staff. They’ve done a great job each time we’ve taken our kids.

We usually go in with pictures of the style of cut that we want and they rock it.

My only complaint is the over priced toys up front. I get it, they’re making money, but you have to go through a room full of toys to get your haircut.

Definitely a good experience and a great staff though.

Loved JAY! Our son hates strangers and anything being done to him and she was able to get it done quick and easy and look really good as well. she really made the whole process much less stressful!

KC WAX BAR Located Inside Indigo Rose Salon

My sister and I have been getting waxed by Becky for 4 years! We followed her from European Wax Center, and I'd follow her to anywhere else in the future. She is the only person I trust for waxing services in KC. Her wax studio is clean and welcoming. We have always had a great experience. I can't recommend Becky and KC Wax Bar enough.

Becky is AMAZING! If it's your first time, or if you've been waxing forever, she is the best person to go to. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who waxes, or wants to start!

Her space is super cute and very clean. I love the whole KC Wax Bar vibe, it's just perfect! It was quick and as painless as it could be! She is very friendly, fun to chat with, and she has great recommendations for skin care! Becky does an 11/10 job, I will definitely be back!

Becky is fantastic. I first started seeing her almost 5 years ago for all of my waxing needs. She is fun, friendly, thorough, and great at her job. We've spent dozens upon dozens of hours together during my sessions with her and she is such a lovely human with a delightful sense of humor. She is a positive person and a joy to be around.

In her new space (which is adorable), she is also offering brow tinting! I visited her to try this service 2 weeks ago and they still look fantastic and the color has stayed on really well. I am a satisfied customer and was so happy to check out her new spot.

For your grooming needs, I highly recommend Becky. She has a range of services for men and women and uses high quality products with a high level of skill.

I wanted to experience Brazilian waxing. My niece Allana and my sister Colleen recommended me to Becky, she is amazing, very professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed for my very first waxing. I will continue to use Becky.

I've been going to Becky for a few years now. She is amazing!! Great personality and she makes you feel comfortable while receiving services. I would not go to anyone else. Hello Sugar | Regency - Brazilian Wax & Sugar Salon

Ashley at the Overland Park, KS location was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and informed about everything she was doing. She was also fun to talk to. This was my first time at Hello Sugar and I will definitely be returning.

My first time getting a sugar wax and I went in very nervous since I was getting a Brazilian and the area is very sensitive, but Ashley made my experience so much more enjoyable than I could have imagined. She was very professional and I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing! Ended up signing up for a membership and will continue getting waxed!!

Sarah was absolutely amazing she explained everything well detail, she held conversation during the process to ease my mind. She was pleasant within the service!! She really took her time & did a fantastic job.

It was amazing!!! I usually get hard wax but I tried sugar since I seen an add for it. I was nervous bc I was not sure what to expect my my specialist, Paige was fantastic, she made the experience very comfortable. I purchased a membership and will definitely be returning!!

The appointment itself however was surprising, and not in a good way. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment (which was the length of my appointment). I went back and forth with the remote receptionist letting her know that my appointment time was almost halfway through and I still had not been greeted. I kept checking in with the receptionist saying I only have 10 minutes left of my appointment time and still don’t see anyone. The client that was scheduled after me had now also arrived so we are both waiting for our appointments. I asked the receptionist how they were going to make this right and there was no response to my question.This was my first time at this company, so I got a first time client deal however, I think it may be my last time here as well. This is my third time getting waxed, and with this particular kind of wax, it took 40 minutes for the appointment instead of 15, which has been my experience with other salons, and a left bruised, which has not happened before with other professionals/waxes.

Waxed KC

I was running behind for my appointment but Linzee was still kind enough to squeeze me in. She made sure I was well taken care of and I will make sure to keep coming back because she did wonders for my brows!!

I have been going to Jen for about a year now and I will never go back to not seeing her on a regular basis. I have referred multiple friends and everyone immediately texts me after their appointment that she does a better job than anyone they have had before. Also going to her supports a small business, meaning she truly cares about each client and every service she performs. VERY clean as well. Not to mention she has a super fun and welcoming and comforting personality. Could not recommend enough!
