I don't know what's wrong the lady on morning shift  behind the counrter but she always has a bad attitude and is very rude.

Horrible customer service from one of ladies behind the counter on the morning shift. Had one encounter with her already and stopped going for a while. Thought I would give it a try again and received bad customer again. I’m done with this Shell! The reason I’m posting is because she called me “little boy” and then proceeds to throw my chips off the counter. I asked for manager/owner and she tells me that she’s the boss and does what she wants.

I’ve been going to this gas station for years and never had a problem with any employee until now. If anyone can give me info on how I can contact the manager/owner please let me know

In the divided climate our nation is experiencing now, especially in the south, many people take issue with "another Middle Eastern person" owning a small business. Sympathies like this make me wish others could visit the Shell and come to know 'Z' and his staff.

Always courteous, Z has been a member of our community for decades. His family live in our town and his children attend our schools. He has made his little piece of America an integral part of our multi-cultural neighborhood.

Wise to the needs of his patrons the Shell always has those convenience items that you need as well as those you didn't know you had to have. From the newest lottery tickets and current sodas, to extra long t-shirts and team hats. Models of exotic cars and wicked looking knives arrange themselves in display cases, and never a word is said to the curious children with their oohs and ahs and handprints on the glass.

They stock all manner of beer, wine and tobacco products along with botanical herbal supplements for those long days or frisky nights.

The deli has that southern staple of fried chicken and sides with a few apps throw in such as fried corn cob and jalapeno poppers. But people don't come for the afternoon service, most people are among those that form a line waiting for mouthwatering buttery biscuits stuffed full with a variety of southern favorites. If you know what I mean when I say redlink and cheese on a corner biscuit then this is the morning stop for you. For me I always go for the double cheese red tomato biscuit and man is that thing good.

They participate in the fuel points offer, which gives you at least .05 off a gallon of gas (20 gal max). Their price is usually lower than others in the area.

Very clean as always. And I love their Lil food stand that is inside the store.

After going to 2 different pumps, I was finally able to fill up on the 3rd. The first pump, I couldn't even put in my card (I could feel the gate inside the card reader physically block the card - no Out of Order bag was tied up to the nozzle) and the 2nd threw a card error. None of the pumps had a working tap-to-pay, even though each one had the hardware to make that work. Avoid this specific one - only reason I go to Shell now (instead of QuikTrip) is possibly the additional additives beyond Top Tier. It's probably snake oil/drinking the Kool-Aid (really, who knows) but my exhaust tip is blacker than crude oil after filling up at QT for the past 10 months.

But you'll need some new pumps because debit card DON'T work at the pumps.  You have to ALWAYS go inside the store to pay for your gas!!!

Updated 10/8/17--Great gas prices ❗ But don't expect to get a receipt from the pump.  Seems to be a regular ongoing problem here getting a receipt from the pump.

But at least they have improved by having fluid in the windshield washer bin.

It used to be the cheapest Shell around the area. This time I found all cleaning stations are dried. So I can't quickly brush my car while filling the gas. Plus the credit card reader tip is confusing, You'll need to figure out what's the right way to insert your card with magnetic slip down.

Fraud transactions of over $150 at this gas station. I visited them just once to purchase a coffee and snack, now I see a $199.99 transaction charge. The merchant will not produce a receipt. Don’t visit here!

This store usually has what I need every time I stop and everybody that works there is very nice and helpful

I highly recommend this convenience store. Friendly staff, and good prices.

Best price on gas around. I can use my Kroger points or my rewards card to save even more. Sometimes pump doesn't function properly and I have to move to a different one to get my savings.

it's sad that bad people from the surrounding area sit here. the people inside are super nice. the prices are better than anyone around. you can even get gas while they are closed, but be careful. I have seen Acworth police pull in just to make sure I am ok.

The cleanest restroom I've ever been in at a gas station or any other store. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Just a wonderful experience, at a gas station of all places.

Usually the cheapest place to buy cigarettes in the area. Gas prices are sometimes lower that the low grade stations around. Nice that there's always a .05 cent/gallon discount.

Great that there is a gas station in the middle of no where dirt oasis of Arizona.  Public restrooms.  Beer.  Drinks.  Snacks.  Petrol.  Handicap parking and accessible entrance.  What more could you ask for.  Purified water machine.  Ice and frosty cold fountain drinks.

It's a gas station. But there's nothing over-the-top great about the service or prices. Gas is about 15¢ more than anywhere else, drinks are more expensive. But, hey, the place exists.

Well worth the drive. Ciggarettes and tobacco is very reasonable. Employees are awesome and friendly .

Definitely WILL NOT buy anything else from this gas station. They love over charging on products. Tylenol and an energy drink does not cost $10 when each item is 1.89 and 2.69!!!

Such a kind attendant inside! Clean restrooms, large alcohol selection, standard snacks and beverage assortment.

This gas station is somewhat difficult to exit from when you are going east on Vaughn Road.  No issues with the quality of gasoline.

I go to this place sometimes to pick up a snack or drink. The service is good most times but can be lackluster at other times. You say hi or have a nice day and you sometimes do not get a response back. Something that frustrates me about this place is the fact they do not display the total cost of the items purchased anywhere.  A lot of times the clerk does not announce the total cost either nor is a receipt printed. Can the price of the total items purchased at least be displayed on the card machine?

This is my neighborhood corner-store. I absolutely support them 110%. I love everything they carry and the great food they offer. The owners and workers are fantastic. The prices may be a tad higher, but the value is worth every penny! Thanks!😃👏☀️

.50 charge if you spend less than 5 dollars spent $4.02  EVERYTHING is definetly over price just go to Circle K less than a mile up the street cheaper gas as well I'd suggest here if you want a cheap bottle of liquor

This store is expensive.... everything about it. A prime example: when gas is $3.09 everywhere else it's $3.32 here. Almost everything inside the store is marked up way more than other gas station / convenient stores. The guys that own it have been there forever and are very friendly and accommodating. They don't seem to have hardly any turnover with employees so they must be treating them well. They do have a ton of items neatly crammed inside. You can find anything from fine cigars to some pretty high dollar alcohol in this store. So in summary I'll go here if I have to. I'll get gas here if I'm on E or running on fumes. The people that own it are pleasant.

Absolute horrendous customer service! I was having issues with a faulty pump and notified the attendants immediately. The pump continued to charge my card as the incident went down, despite gas not actually going into my tank. I asked if there was a way to initiate a refund and I was told that I would have to call Shell’s customer service. That’s fine, I understood  that companies have different departments that handle different things. HOWEVER, things got nasty when I asked for the number of their customer service line and they refused to give it to me. Instead, they insisted that the faulty pump was my issue and that I would actually have to pay for $90 worth of gas that did not go into my tank. On top of this, they threatened me with a $5 charge because they had to use their equipment to fix the issue. How on earth is it the customer’s fault when a pump is not working properly?? And why do I have to pay for a multi billion dollar company’s equipment when something breaks down? Accidents like this happen, and I believe a company should be prepared for it and not blame a customer when something doesn’t work properly. Instead, I was berated and treated as though everything was my fault when I did the right thing by notifying the workers of a potential safety issue. Honestly, with their nasty, evil attitudes this place should be shut down.

I purchased gas ,but I forgot to ask for a receipt, I was shorted twenty dollars. I did get the money back , but the management seemed to think that I was trying to scam them. I am glad that I never put the money in my pocket. I pray that I don't have to purchase anything from this establishment again. I was traveling back to Georgia. If you don't have to stop at this establishment, please 🙏🏾 do yourself a favor and find another gas station. I'm just saying👎🏽👎🏽Safe travels

I travel this highway route often. And this place has, by far, the nastiest bathrooms I’ve ever been in. I couldn’t wait to leave and drive across the street to the Texaco.

The worst. They have bad gas. The gas has water in it but since they own the Texaco next door and the Ztec down the street they are not loosing any money. Drive fast or slow but don't stop. Find another gas station to use.

Nothing really too special here. Just a man at a counter passing through and making a dollar selling fuel, oil, random additives, snacks, and drinks. Also has hotdogs on the heated rollers that i dont think anyone really wants to try. Coffee is good though.

Good breakfast  , good rest rooms, opens at 3am for coffee, breakfast starting time 4.30 am. Best pizza, biscuits, grits, best wine selection.

Bathroom was very dirty and all out of soap. The stall that I went in had no lock, broken off. The Cashier was interacting with other worker and another customers and laughing but as soon as we walked in, he stopped to look at us. We first said “Hi, how’re you doing?”  And nothing.  We bought a couple of chocolate bars and paid for them and said “Thank you,” but he didn’t even look up. Very very rude!

Chicken and honey butter biscuits of so freaking good. Wow good!!!!!

Diesel pumps are at both ends pumps. Easy access to highway. Clean restroom. Snacks and food available.

This was the absolute fifthiest gas station I have EVER seen! Every garbage can outside by the pumps running over with garbage! Flys everywhere. The bathrooms have not been cleaned in weeks if not months! Feces on walls , puke on bathroom floor. Garbage and toilet paper on floors. To my amazement this place advertised selling fried chicken and other food. Unbelievable!  It should be shut down by the health department! Gave one star because I had to in order to write this review. Do NOT stop here!

My passenger required a potty break.  The place was busy and a vehicle parked too close hitting my car with his door.   He didn't care enough to say oops even...Probably not the owners fault yet an outdoor camera could possibly prevent such??

This place will rip you off. Just went and filled up my propane tank I literally watch the kid full it up. He went inside and told the cashier it was 4.3 gallons when honestly it was only 3.3 gallons. I got stuck paying a extra gallon for no reason. Even the cashier lady was rude. I do not recommend this place at all and it's sad been coming to them to get my tank filled for years

I asked for matches and the lady thru them at me. Like damn I'm sorry I didn't say please but it's your job chill out happy 4th of July lol

The place is a literal joke. The old lady is probably the rudest cashier I've ever encountered. Waited for a guy for propane to find out they were out of propane. Don't come here

A+ customer service. The store keeps a pristinely clean atmosphere, day in and out. I've been buying smokes here for 15+ years and there always the cheapest place.

Racist cashier did not want to accept a $100 bill for gas that was real and she said it was a fake bill when she never tested it and she said she was not going to accept she then called the police on us and told them we were refusing to leave when she never told us to leave I then called the police myself and explained to them and a little while they came over and the officer verified it was a real bill to her and she still refused service to us and made up lies about us to the police. She was white haired and older looking.

Staff is incredibly rude, store is constantly understocked, store is dirty, cashier over chargers, and gas is the most expensive in Pheonix. Don't bother, there's a better Circle K right around the corner.

Advertising a gas price that is 10 cents per gallon lower than what they are actually charging -  I put a minimum of 10 gallons just to get to where I need to go and might consider changing this review if I receive the refund I am due per the advertised price... $1 is just $1 -  I would happily give that to someone in need but I'm certainly not OK with a gas station stealing it from me, especially with the price gauging that's going on right now.

Mr.Greg is honestly one of the most pleasant individuals I've met in my life. The patrons of this shell love this man!!! Great experience. Big man at subway was doing his thing too, the lady that checked me out, very nice. The 2 ladies on the late crew....very nice! Really cool ladies!!! Helped me find a restaurant after everything was closed down. Great staff here!!! As a truck driver they serve my needs and go above and beyond!!

Trim your bushes by the sidewalk, or else you are going to be held partially liable for any accidents caused from vehicles leaving your property, unable to see oncoming traffic

$6.11 a gallon for diesel! Average in the area is about $3.79 a gallon. Steer clear of this location.
