I love this yoga studio! This will be my home away from home yoga studio when I visit Colorado! The instructors are so nice and even the people taking the classes are super friendly! I highly recommend to anyone; young, older, all shapes and sizes! I took an older family member (senior citizen) with me my 2nd time around who was very nervous to do yoga and didn't think she could do it. In the end she loved it and signed up for a monthly pass, wow! Talk about motivation to change here from someone who was like I don't know about this! So glad I tried this place! I so far took a class with Ellie and Dayne and they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I felt like I knew them for years and we just met! **If you are new to yoga, highly recommend yin and slow flow!

Lovely space- windows, modern ceiling lighting (no glare), sound system with ambient music. A soothing and vibrant vibe! Dayna’s class was supportive and welcoming to me, my first time to the studio. Check out the schedule, something for everyone.

I was looking for a small studio close to home and I’m so glad I found this gem! they offer small classes with a variety of different options for style of yoga and skill throughout the week. I’m excited for my next class!

I have been very impressed and pleased with Yogi Colorado. It's been years since I took a yoga class and they made me feel welcomed and offered the perfect package for me to get back into classes. The atmosphere is relaxing and free from pressure, and the yogis are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I look forward to being a part of this community.

I am loving Yogi Colorado. They have a range of different class types and instructors - that can either help you find exactly what you need, or give you a chance to change things up! Every instructor so far has been thoughtful and skilled in leading a class. If I need a modification, they have one, and I don't need to request it -- they're observing class and can see the signs, whether a student needs to back off or push further. You may hear your name, offering praise or adjustment. In some classes we chant. In others we learn about chakras. Some are fully focused on the physical aspects of yoga. I still haven't stepped it up to take their more active classes. I'm recovering from some serious medical trauma, and these classes are helping me in so many ways. (Don't worry, I've been cleared by my doctor and physical therapist!) I don't feel intimidated or out of place based on my abilities, I just keep up as best I can, and enjoy spending an hour seeing what my body and mind will do today. The studio runs on a membership model vs drop-in fees (although there are special events with separate fees), which so far has been effective in motivating me to attend regularly. The first time you go to find it you may be confused -- it's upstairs in a small office building. Once you're in the studio it's all light and windows (no mirrors!) and plants. If you haven't done "real" yoga before, I recommend the private consultation -- aside from learning about the different classes, having a chance to check out the studio when there isn't a class on relieved a lot of my "new place" anxiety.
