Johnnie is an incredible teacher! I feel so comfortable in her classes and the flow is always incredible! I always recommend her classes to anyone who wants to take one at Y6! Also as a side note, the GM Kenzie is fantastic and makes the place feel so welcoming every time!!

As a Yogi beginner, I was very intimidated to try it for the first time. I was worried I'd feel awkward and out of place, but I was wrong. Mary Kate and the Y6 team are passionate, fun, and supportive. I still feel awkward 😬 but Y6 makes me feel at home. Highly recommend!

Love love love this yoga studio! The variety of classes are amazing. Depending on what your in the mood for, they got you! If you want to sweat, then look no further! Teachers are kind and welcoming! Staff is always friendly! Seriously try this place out and you will be hooked!

Awesome yoga studio! The hands down best staff imaginable! A completely no judgment atmosphere with extremely encouraging individuals that genuinely care about you. What's better is that they actually remember you, know your name, and are invested in you. I love this place. You really need to come check it out!

Great find for my Memphis visits. I'll make it a point to set up my travel so I'm there Tuesday evenings at 7:30 with Meridth (sp?). Sooo friendly staff and a fantastic room for the slow flow vibe & pace. I loved everything about it and i know all my yoga sensei's would love you too... AND MY FIRST CLASS WAS FREE! 👍🏽👊🏽🙏🏽👀
