Wendy's

Got a raw chicken sandwich last night, hopefully I don't get sick! I ate half of it before realizing it. 🤢🤢

The Wendy's on Havana doesn't open at the time they're supposed to they keep the doors locked and keep customers from coming in I've been there a few times and the lady there the boss would not open the doors first thing in the morning she didn't open until 7:30 or 8:00 sometimes very frustrating this is the only Wendy's that I know that does not open their doors when they're supposed to and according to the work are there they have that option of not opening their Lobby to customers that want to sit in and enjoy their breakfast I will never eat at this place again this has happened multiple times

Used drive-thru. Ordered Cobb salad. Apparently told to pull forward to a window (couldn't understand). Woman with food in her mouth took my credit card. No receipt offered. She covered her mouth to tell me chicken wouldn't be done cooking for 4 min. and to park in mobile order space. I confirmed since she was still chewing and she pointed. After waiting 25 min, I went in to the counter. The woman there walked away before greeting me. I was finally asked what I wanted. Told them. They got my salad and said my next order would be free. There will not be a next order.

Left us waiting over 30 mins for 3 frosties… they said they were waiting for the machine to get cold so we tried to be nice and be patient but 30 mins is ridiculous, they could’ve said they didn’t have at the moment and that’s it. We had to go and ask for them and they had them ready just forgot about us, not to mention how rude the workers were. First and last time at this Wendy’s,do not recommend.

It's a Wendy's... it serves Wendy's food... but the staff was friendly, line moved quick, and my order was correct and at the upper end of expectations for the chain. For sure a solid place to stop off the highway.
