Wendy's

Wendys food is always good. The management team should invest in more of an upbeat staff. The lady who took my order was exceptionally slow and not one of the staff walked with any urgency at all. I ordered my meal at 1:17 pm after standing at the counter for 7 minutes. I recieved my meal at 1:36! The lobby was filled with people waiting for thier food. Very shoddy wait times. The staff could do so much better.

Guy running the drive through ( tattoos all over with a rude attitude ) could care less about his job. Literally everything I asked for was wrong on my order. No mustard please. Mustard on my burger. Coke please. Gave me some unidentifiable diet something. Barbecue sauce for chicken nope game me ranch. I mean come on I paid for this meal it should be pretty simple to get what I ordered. Every single time I’ve gone there and this dude is at the drive through I know my order is going to be wrong. Do better please.

Their afternoon crew is great. Food prepared exactly how I want it. The only problem I have, is not with their people or food, but how the drive thru is laid out. The drive thru is meant to start when you go around the building, but if you follow that easy, you'll get other customers that don't do that and cut right in front of you from entering half way through...

I truly hate to give a bad review and usually just give a review if it's going to be bad. This was worse than that! First it was a Wendy's and after being the 8th car in the driveway through they tell me there is no Frostys. Why do you go to Wendy's. It should have at least been posted. I ended up getting a large chili, Jr cheeseburgers a medium pop. Over 9 dollars!! The chili which is usually at least good. Was meatless and bean less. There was hardly anything but juice. The large was at the most 2/3 full. Which made it a small. It was just bad guys. Like I said, I hate to give a bad review. Especially for a fast food restaurant. It is fast food after all!! Thus was bad on a different level. Sorry again for the bad review

Absolutely awful experience at this location. 2:30 in the afternoon, only one other person, and every table was dirty. There was trash and food on the floors. Spilled drinks on and around the trash can. There were no napkins. When I asked for some, the employee gave two and acted if they were coming out of his paycheck. The staff were rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. When trying to contact Wendy's HQ, they don't even list this location, so impossible to file a compliant. Avoid this location at all costs.
