Wendy's

I was just served for a quick lunch at the drive through and Kera was very sweet, she was easy to hear, and help me try a new menu item! The team that got my food to me was attentive and packed my meal with care. Haven't been to Wendy's in a while, might be coming back soon!

I had to wait forever in the drive thru to order. They seemed to only be able to help one car at a time. Once a car drove away, they could let the next car order. Then they didn't have Frosty's or iced tea. The young man giving the food never spoke a word or cracked a smile. Then we didn't receive two of the Baconators and we ordered. I would avoid this particular Wendy's. The food we did receive was good.

I just have to say the customer service is great and Dawn Gonzalez, the General Manager is polite friendly along with the rest of his staff & clean store. I absolutely would recommend this Wendy's location.

Went thru drive through, ordered 3 things and they told us to park and they’d bring out the food. It’s cold and I get it, they don’t wanna bring the food out in the cold but we waited 15 mins before heading inside, there was a bag sitting on the counter and I asked for my food and they gave me that bag.just to Get home just to find out EVERY SINGLE FRY IS HARD!!!

Ordered a pretzel burger and only got 3 plain burger patties with American cheese. The pretzel is supposed to come with toppings and a different cheese. Totally terrible service. I really hope they get their act together because I used to love Wendy's.
