Wendy's

I love me some Wendy's but I'm pretty sure they make enough to put more than a small leaf of lettuce on a burger and when asked for extra of something they should do it! I asked for extra pickles bc im a pickle lover but 4 peices is not extra. And I told them I had a 3 dollars off coupon from my app but they didn't do anything to atleast try to give me a discount

I order through mobile and I'm not sure if they can't see the order some how or just aren't reading it. Seem to either get my order right or totally wrong. I ask for no onion or cheese and end up giving onion and extra cheese and will even give cheese on hamburgers that don't even include cheese. I have someone that can't eat cheese.

Just got home from ordering drive thru. I had an extremely dry chicken patty on my $7 sandwich. Had to have been sitting under a warmer for 20 minutes. The guy at the windows said nothing. No hi, no thank you, no nothing. Got home and the fries I ordered were wrong. The lid was placed on them incorrectly so ghost pepper sauce leaked through the bag all over my car seats. No napkins or fork in the bag. $12 for garbage food and garbage service.

Computer was not letting me order my breakfast combo the way it was pictured (wouldn't let me choose coffee, only soda) but the lady at register made the coffee for me. It was an excellent cup!
