I would rate this place zero stars if I could. Despite the unpleasant experience, I continue to visit this Wendy’s. The staff, particularly the girl with purple hair and the manager with overly long pink eyelashes, are among the worst I’ve encountered. I won’t be returning; I’d prefer to drive 40 minutes to Aurora. Also look at the pictures where my cold fries lay. So if you also like cold fries and staff, this is your place. Otherwise save yourself the trip and make burgers at home!

Wanted to take time out to Thank You for being great to us for coming back later for our fries! While it seems like a small thing , what you did helped us smile a bit more , which went further than food service. I wish I had your names but Thank You to the drive thru workers who went above and beyond on Tuesday December 19, 2023 around 12pm-1pm! Your kindness and Generosity spread that day! Happy Holidays!

Fries are consistently hot and fresh, unlike other fast food places that where they sit under a heat lamp and get soggy. Drive through orders have been accurate and staff friendly. Main downside is that this location does not participate in national promotions for the $5 biggie bag (it’s $6 here) or 2 for $3 breakfast (only normal breakfast menu).

I normally don’t leave reviews, especially for fast food, but I feel like we’re always complaining about the bad but never acknowledge the good. First off the service was amazing, the girl at the first window is so sweet, and the guy at the second window who gave me my food was also very sweet. You don’t get good customer service like that very much these days so I appreciated their kindness and their fast service. Food was also very yummy. 🥹

Been to this place a few times but Never again. I went to the drive thru on Saturday crazy crack head looking lady in drive thru I passed the first window by a little ways had to correct myself in backup in angle my car correctly to the first window before I could do that the crackhead woman was yelling first window so that already passed me off then after I corrected myself she kept telling me the total as if I didn't hear it the first time. so after I got my money out to give to her she snatched it out of my hand oh that was the wrong thing to do so I told her giving my money back I snatched it right back out of her hand then she proceeded to cuss and say that I was rude first but excuse me aren't you in customer service you're supposed to have customer service I'm the customer You are the employee let's remember our place shall we.so I spoke with the manager and she told me she would talk to her yeah right .
