I tried to order a sausage gravy and biscuit. That’s exactly how it is on the menu and the manager the Mexican lady is super racist. She’s horrible unprofessional she’s like can I get you? Do you mean the biscuits and gravy and that’s not how they have it on the menu. I said it the correct way and she gets upset. She said people get a confused I said how do people get confused that’s how it is on the menu. This is not the first time Whoever’s on the drive-through and I’m pretty sure she’s the manager the Mexican lady she needs to be fired immediately I get that we’re in a time that service doesn’t matter but we have to get back to that. She needs to get fired ASAP. She’s there in the mornings all the time between 7 AM I’m assuming till about 2 PM if you’re coming to this Wendy’s be aware that she is, horrible she is trash. She’s unprofessional, and she should be fired immediately for coat of conduct.
My order was correct accurate, came in a bag that was organized. I will say that the food is pricey than it used to be. It was good food overall. I had nice people handling my food.
The guy had an AirPod in while I was trying to give my order so he kept asking me to repeat it. Very rude very inpatient and unprofessional. They threw me out of my wheel chair when I asked for a refund ! Don’t go there.
During my visit to this location I was berated for not telling them I had a coupon for my meal before I got to the window. I've never used the coupon at Wendy's and had no clue how to do so. They could have been a lot more polite when they told me about the situation and my error.
I use a cane and wobble 5 blocks to get some food. Arrived after 7 am. The doors were locked and when I called to see when they open she said when her cashier is there. Gave the excuse that her cashier called out. This Wendy's always has bad service. I don't have a vehicle so I couldn't go through drive thru.
