I've been going to this ACE hardware for years and they've always been super helpful. This week I needed help installing my under the cabinet microwave and Danny was really helpful, he took the time to answer all my questions and help me troubleshoot some issues I was having with my cabinet. Thanks a lot!
Went to Waverly Ace Hardware to find replacement screws for my car license plate. The store employee quickly helped me find the right screws and even installed them for me while I paid at the register because I didn't think to bring a screwdriver. Thank you, Waverly Ace!
Went into the store at 7:56 to find some paint in a designated color. Cashier “Ian,” said that they couldn't do it because they were about to close and he already put the paint machine down. Unacceptable, as long as the store is open for business, the customer should be able to be helped. Just because you want to “get off on time” doesn't mean that you should turn away a customer. If the store is open, it is open for service, no matter what the service is. The paint machine should go down AFTER business hours.
