Walmart Supercenter

Never place an online pickup order at this store. I put in a pickup order on 12/21/2023, and I had to wait more than 30 minutes for pickup ( no associate showed up) and return home without my order. Nobody answers the phone here. When I call, they have an old voice message saying they are closed on Thanksgiving .

Waited for 1 1/2 hours for a pickup order and finally gave up (others who had been there longer were stillwaitingwhen I left). They weren't very buay inside I probably only daw an order come out about 6 times the entire time I was there. Absolutely ridiculous.

Store jumbled with merchandise and had musty odor. Got my items in auto center. The cashier was rudely ignoring me. She came in from outside ( after she saw me waiting) mind you, I'm in a motorized scooter 🛵 and her attitude wad awful. It felt and seemed as if I was an inconvenience to her day. So I got my items and dared NOT to asked them to help with anything ( even though I needed the auto center - I was traveling back home out of state) 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾will not be back to this auto center.

Ran by Walmart to pick up a few things. The place was busy but the check out line was short. Love when that happens.

This review isn’t about the Walmart store itself as I believe everyone knows the Supercenters or Neighborhood Markets and their differences. This is about the Blue Bell Ice Cream flavor Dr Pepper Float which is only available in 23 states, and Alabama is one of them. We found it in one of the end cap freezers on 6/20/2023 at the Walmart store on John Hawkins Pkwy. If you are a fan of Dr Pepper like we are, we were excited about trying it. Now my wife did not like it and said the Dr Pepper shake from Whataburger was better. I have tried that shake and disagree with her and feel the Blue Bell Ice Cream Dr Pepper Float is better and tastes more like Dr Pepper, whereas the Whataburger shake does not. The Dr Pepper shakes from Whataburger are only around for a limited time, unlike the Blue Bell ice cream Dr Pepper Float which is available until 2024. If you are a Dr Pepper fan you should try it, and hopefully you won’t be disappointed.
