Walmart Supercenter

Great place to buy grocery in the area around my vicinity and i needed some selective items from the store so the service was astounding. The people are friendly in spacious environment with 1000s of items to choose from in home or household or outdoor material.It was clean with many people working and the store also has a self checkout but I went with a family member and went to a registered occupied by a cashier. She was nice and very casual.I paid for my things and left.

OMG don't get me started.. almost 6 hours to finally leave waiting for new tires.. I had them ordered in advance and didn't receive a call letting me know they were in. I called because it had been just over a week, oh yeah, they’re here 😐 I literally got out of there almost an hour after closing time.. that was 2 hours ago so I'm still kinda fresh irritated 😡 And BTW, the price I was quoted when the tires were ordered was NOT what I paid.. WARNING FOR FUTURE TIRE CUSTOMERS!!!

Came up to have my mom's tire changed and needed up waiting 2 and a half hours for one tire. Normally wouldn't be mad but I saw some guy doing push ups just randomly in the shop and the manager just watching him? Couldnt they have just worked on my car and worked out at home instead of wasting everyone's time? Will definitely be going to OS walmart from now on. The auto department definitely needs more supervision

Had to get dog food. But they were out, like most stores these days. Retailers cannot get the products needed on the shelves or what? In retail my ol bosses taught me .. you can't sell it if you ain't got it. Most items are not perishable so it's hard to understand why you can't find a loaf of bread at 8:30pm. Anyway Walmart will always win I guess when they cut wages and hours instead of prices.( I hear) and please shoplifters steal and keep us paying the bill. Sad. But not Walmarts fault noore than DJ, Family Dol, or any retail. Moms and dad's teach their children how .. it goes on and on.

The pharmacy here is TERRIBLE. Called the automated system and the recording stated my medication would be ready “by 4 pm”. I called again to speak with someone before I drive there, they state that insurance won’t pay and it is over $300. I told them that I still want it filled and I will pay out of pocket. I head to the pharmacy and arrive at 3:45. They state that my medication will be ready in 45 minutes but I will receive a text message. After 55 minutes, I head back to the pharmacy to check the status. After standing in line for 20 minutes, the pharmacist states that it is too early for me to fill my medication (which was incorrect) and that they need to speak with my primary care physician. It is after 4:30 at this point and my physician’s office is closed. The next day I contact my physician’s office with this information and she states that the pharmacy told her they don’t even have the medication and will not have it in for two days. Is this real life??? How many times can errors be made and misinformation be given before someone is held accountable? I, myself, am a healthcare provider and find that my experience with this pharmacy is reminding me of the sad state of affairs in healthcare today, especially in the state of Mississippi.
