Walmart Supercenter

Have no problem shopping Center Store (dry groceries), but Produce and Meat are subpar and challenging to shop if you are quality focused.

It's a Walmart. One can expect a total lack of customer service. Long check out lines because the manager is to busy doing whatever to see the lines of people waiting to spend their hard earned cash. One can always expect an adventure in viewing human behavior. Go on in the show is always on at the home of mediocre is good enough.

The new fraud program they are using is beyond frustrating. Since before the holidays I've been attempting to make purchases and ealmart keeps canceling due to suspicious activity. I've called 4 times after 4 cancelations and each time I'm assured it won't happen again and I'll be able to complete my order. I attempt again after their recommended wait times and still the rider gets canceled. I've contacted the credit card I use for each of these purchases and they show each time the order is pending so its not in their end. It is specifically earmark canceling. And then I have to wait 10 buisness days for the charge to be released from my account as a result EVERY SINGLE TIME. They said their "highest level of managment" in the fraud division would email me two attempts ago. A week went by and nothing. This time (the 4th time) they told me in 1 to 2 hours the "highest level of managment" in the fraud department would call me to verify my identity so this doesn't happen.... hours later still no call. Unbelievably irritating.

I had to make a return/ exchange for a car battery charger, the charger worked fine I just needed a portable solution and the one I purchased needed to be plugged in, so I checked their website before making the trip to be sure that they were opened, (I get out of work a little late sometimes). I was happy to see the website indicating customer service closes at 8:00 pm. I was in line at the customer service desk at 7:55 pm and I was told no returns because they close at 8. My issue is this…There were no other customers ahead of me and I had just one item to return. I totally understand when a customer walks in last minute but if the doors are open and the website hours are listed, you should serve the customer until closing time. Why not just make your hours close down at 7:30? So any way, When they said “we close at 8”, I commented that it wasn’t 8 yet. The 3 staff members just laughed at me and basically told me tough luck and one actually said “better luck next time” it was Pretty humiliating actually. I’m sure I won’t be returning to this Walmart. And I will be telling everyone I know about this experience. I feel like they could have just told me they had to close down early for whatever reason and not make me feel like I was an idiot for thinking if I get there before 8 I’d be helped.

The Delivery driver I had Moez Messaoudi was an unprofessional Scary aggressive POS and Should Not be delivering peoples groceries. Walmart should Guarantee their customers safety. This man is a “Death to all Americans” type. And He doesn’t belong working with people! Do better to Screen these Delivery people.
