Walmart Supercenter

Extremely packed. Parking is truly a challenge, I would almost recommend going at a later time or super early in the morning if you have a choice. A rather clean facility and everything is secured, behind bars or glass so do not expect to be able to run and and out in no time. Today I had to go to the electronics which, according to the one employee working the entire department, the other 2 staff members for that area were sent to lunch. Management wise it would make more sense to cycle 1 at a time, this way 1 person isn't overwhelmed. I personally am a very patient person, so I waited and received my product just fine. The lady was nice and helpful. Unlike many other Super Walmarts I have had to attend, this one seemed completely off its layout. Isles seem a lot closer together than usual. Well, just keep in mind you will not be able to duck in and out fast and easy. Best of fortune at this location. -C

It's annoying and just a deterrent all around everytime you need a blue vest they never are capable of helping you and need to get someone else which takes a good amount of time, astronomical amount of workers with simple store knowledge if they run the department. #goodluck finding a self-checkout that's not problematic. a convenient store only.

Horrible Walmart. Waited over 2 hours to pick up photos I’d been told were done just to be told the printer wasn’t working. Tried to find a manager for over an hour and there were none to be found. Absolute chaos. Fire the two idiots working the electronics/photos asap.

0% customer service from this store. My wife and i go to this store regularly. I buy alcoholic beverages. I have not been i.d in three years at this store. My wife gets i.d when we go. When i shop at this store every couple weeks i spend 3 to 500 dollars, due to having a big family. Well today i needed just a couple things stoped by grabed a 12 pack i showed my i.d my wife didnt have hers they refused to sell it to me. We left the store to go home to grab her i.d and go back. I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience and extra trip. I was laughed at and met with childish sarcasm. They grabbed a manager named Trevor i told him what happened explained that i spend good money in the store. His response was doesn't matter not gonna happen all i wanted was 10% discount on a $16 purchase. I made the statement ill go to costco from now on and the staff at the store thought it was funny and said well have fun thanks for shopping with walmart for the last time. Totaly unprofessional responses and zero customer service skills. There is absolutely no regard for their customers.

Horrible customer service specifically from the Manager Isel. One thing I will not do is leave my kids in the car while I get groceries and a pack of beer they tried to ID every single one of my children not acceptable. I went to Frys to buy everything I was going to purchase there originally with no issues and less money.
