Walmart Supercenter

No longer the king of low prices. Just as expensive as everyone else. When will customer service become a priority to Walmart? Staff sure can stand around and talk to each other or be on their phones. Funny me, I thought a job meant you were supposed to work first. Management is clueless about how to get people to work. I doubt Sam Walton would be happy with how this store is run. Update-Same boring stuff, over priced, and poorly run. Management should be changed with someone who understands customer service and willing to get their hands dirty. UPDATE: Higher prices, no savings, poor stock, dirty store. Maybe pay better and hire better people. Aldis puts you to shame, better quality and better prices. Are you listening corporate, lower your prices. How much profit do you need? OVERPRICED AND CLIMBING. Still a big joke, prices keep climbing while the little people suffer. OVERPRICED GARBAGE. WHEN WILL THE WALTONS HAVE ENOUGH MONEY? Time to close one of these stores. Aug 19th same poor service and overpriced. Nov 4th, you need cameras at every station at self check out to catch the shop lifters. I'd post every shop lifters picture on the at both doors, might be a good way to cut down on it. Maybe hire actual security.

Don't select use your own bags when using the app for drive up. The app states that with this option selected they bag the items at your car. The associate I had didn't greet me, just ask for a name and proceeded to put the items in my trunk, unbagged. Those things would've been rolling everywhere the minute I drove off. I asked her to use the bags my bags as that was the option I selected. With an attitude problem she did, then just walked off without closing my trunk. Do better, find quality associates.

When I draft and post a review on social media of a business, usually it is to influence the business to make changes on our behalf. But, some businesses are so large and they make so much money, that they don't really care what we think. The customers become expendable and they know they are going to profit off of us, even if they take advantage of us. WM is the world's largest corporation and they are too big to care what I think. They will just disparage me and my reputation. I was banned from both stores, for a year. In my case, I'm still allowed to hold an account and shop online. WM offers a special offer for those on government assistance, called WM+ assist. For $7 per month, I can get stuff delivered and they even include a subscription to Paramount+. Even though I'm resentful of what happened, I still give them my money because I've become dependent on them for all sorts of products. Tipping is encouraged, but you don't have to tip and they accept food stamps, through their delivery service, too. You can avoid all contact with their delivery drivers and buzz them in. They will just put your stuff in front of your door. You need to take it in, right away, to prevent anyone from stealing it and to freeze or refrigerate it, if it needs it. If you take the bus, it works out to about the same price and you don't need to get dressed for the cold or leave the house, at all, which can be an advantage during the long, cold winters. I don't recommend anyone visit their stores or even get stuff brought out to their cars, in the parking lot. The way they treat people, if you are ever accused of something is not human. And a lot of the workers smile and are friendly and kind, but those aren't the people you will deal with if you ever are accused of something. And they won't let you speak on your own behalf or ask you questions. And no my ban was not related to loss prevention issues, if someone is thinking that. Anyway, I just want to encourage people to be careful of this company and to understand that what you see is what they want you to see and that doesn't represent what this company really does. It's more sinister than that. Anyway, good luck if you want to go in and shop. The whole company has become paranoid, to the point where they view their customers as the enemy. They won't tell you that, because they care about PR, but it's the truth. The stores are not safe and I don't recommend anyone enter one, ever. Not from the point-of-view of violence, but from the point-of-view of having someone bear false witness against you or try to get you in trouble.

Wonderful Walmart with their typical layout. Shop is clean. Friendly staff you can ask questions and they do help good to point you where to look etc. Parking is always easy with a huge space but semi truck parking is sadly forbidden at this premises.

Every lane was open. making check out short. I only had 1 cart in front of me. I hope you keep doing this thru the new years.
