Walmart Supercenter

I'm a Wal-Mart guy and I enjoy going to Wal-Marts. I am very aware of the Wal-Marts setups and it's one of the things I enjoy about Wal-Mart. I can be at any of its stores in the US and I know exactly where to find items when I walk in. Then when I need something for my vehicle, I know to drive to the back and, if they have auto service, I will find it. 👍 I appreciate what Wal-Mart does to bring good prices for me so when I went into this one, I was rushing to get something for the evening and I went straight to the location where I know it would be and found it. It helps even more when the employees enjoy what they do and are helpful. 👍

It seems like the norm now that people come in and need something locked up and can not get an associate to come unlock it. Whether perfume, jewelry, hunting, electronics or alcohol. I went in at 8:30 on a Friday morning, hardly any customers in the store. I waited for 25 minutes ringing the buzzer over and over in the alcohol isle, til finally I left when an employee told me I would be waiting a while. Employee was super nice about it just telling me what they know. I understand locking things up due to people stealing it but if you can’t unlock it for people trying to buy it why sell it all??

Worst place to shop, I did an online grocery delivery order again and of course as always out of 49 items so I only received 5 items and was still charged a $10 delivery fee, oh and they took out whole amount of my card and when I called customer service they told me it was a hold on that amount and money would be refunded in 10 days. I have 2 disabled daughters and what am I supposed to do for groceries til then, they told me I can give you a $10 promo code, be aware and watch out for grocery delivery from Walmart. I have did grocery delivery at other grocery stores before and no problem

Trying to make an in-store purchase of speakers. No one in electronic department. Saw someone checking to see if her phone was charged and asked if she was available to open the case where the speakers are located, was told no but she would page someone. No one has been paged yet. Called customer service and was sent to another line that was not answered. Called customer service back.... still waiting for customer service to pickup and it's been over 5 minutes. No one has answered and then my phone call was disconnected. No one has come to assist yet. I don't beg people to take my money.

Honestly, I love it. Despite everything you can say about Walmart. They are usually stocked up. Prices are very good. Staff is nice. Pharmacy is super quick. Really, nothing to complain about.
