Walmart Supercenter

Great place for shopping for the whole family. Huge selection of goods and everyday products for daily use. Many varieties of snacks & and chips, including hard-to-find flavors!

I used to love going to this Walmart, but lately it’s been a horrible experience. They pickup system is horrible. I’ve had to spend hours parked outside and when I finally have an employee come out they tell me they don’t have my order ready even after I had received an email saying it was ready 2 hours prior. They are disrespectful and don’t even apologize for the inconvenience. They always cancel half of the stuff I order and when I go in the store everything is available. I’ve tried to contact them in order to get a refund for the items I’ve had canceled and they never answer and other times they simply don’t give me the money back for over a month.

They were mediocre at best, but today when I did a grocery pickup they gave me a box of OPENED diapers with a diaper missing even. Disgusting. I get boxes can open on accident, but opening the plastic around the diapers & taking 1 is not ok. They also gave me MOLDY strawberries and 2 bags of carrots that have a sell by date of the next day. Most stores will mark down produce when it has about 3 days by the best by date & not give it to the pickup people. I only returned 1 bag because I can try to use up 1 by the end of the day, but they’re already looking all dried out and gross.

It would be nice if there was more than two cashier's to ring customers out. The whole self checkout is ok when I have a handful of items but, when I have a carriage full, not so much.

I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible. The people here are so nice they helped me with my car battery in a moment that I did really need come back to home and my battery was having issues. I really recommend this place! Thank you Timra!
