Walmart Supercenter

We recently visited a Walmart Supercenter and were pleasantly surprised by the vast selection of products and the well-organized layout of the store. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making our shopping experience even more enjoyable. We found everything we needed and more, all at competitive prices. The store was clean and well-maintained, which is something we can definitely appreciate as professionals in the cleaning industry at Veracity Gutter And Roof Cleaning, LLC

Yet another disappointing visit to Walmart. This will be my last time going. I bought a 30 dollar cell phone and it just wasn't working correctly so I went to take it back. Unluckily for me my wife threw the receipt away before I made it down there. I looked online and it said I could return it but most likely would get in store credit. They can look the recipt up. I had just got the phone 3 days prior. When I went to the store they rudly denied my refund and sent me on my way. For a company that says they care about the customer they sure do have a bad way of showing it. They treated me like I was some bum off the street trying to return a stolen phone or something. Disgusted and will not be returning. It's a shame to because I've been shopping at Walmart since I had a job at 15. But enoughs enough.

Returned 2 items yesterday night. Was told it would take 5 minutes to get back on my card. No big deal. Went home. Went to bed. Fast forward to today and no refund. Called and was told to call my bank. I did. They informed me there was no pending return. My bank told me to call Walmart. I call Walmart and am placed on hold for 36 minutes. Some of which u can tell that someone has answered the phone and is refusing to speak...not Even to say "just a moment" I had to hang up after over 40 minutes waiting on a silent hold.

I'm giving a 4 star review, rather than a 5 star, because of the tendency for items that we are looking for not being on the shelves! Or on the sales floor at all! Otherwise, the employees are friendly! I always look forward to saying hello, and good morning, to Mr. Richard, when he's the morning greeter on the grocery side! The lady with the glasses, is often in the Beauty department when we go in for our weekly Wednesday morning visit! And she is always super friendly, and helpful! As are the other employees that my spouse and I have interacted with! All in all this Walmart is one of my favorites of the ones in the Spokane/CdA area!

Understand you can shop anywhere...ypu know that rightly? Why anyone would shop at dirty, poorly layed out, self checkout heavy, corporate greed pigs?! Beyond me. I avoid if possible at all costs. Its the worst! They expect you to be their emplyee to self checkout because they fail to staff the store.....except at the door when they expect you be a submissive underling with a receipt at the door. Helz to 👎the no Hard pass...I'll drive a town over to shop anywhere else. Walmart is your 3rd world choice based on 3rd world service, store cleanliness and check out experience. Prices aren't as good as most believe when you compare apples to apples and ounce for ounce. The bathrooms are a mess and the shopping experience is only worth it if your armed and prepared for a poor experience all around. Walmart is the corporate monster most feed unknowingly as they exploit their staff and customers. Those uneducated simpleton's that believe they actually have the lowest prices are lazy. Winco is cheaper on food and a cleaner store. Prices can be beat by mom and pop stores because Walmart is now priced at what most brick and mortar mom and pops are selling their fair for. If you have questions go else where. If its your jam keep making toast...if its not stay away from this behemoth of modern exploitation based on entire experience. They fail to delight anyone at the door.
