Walmart Supercenter

Frequent shopper at this location and it is by far the most clean and organized store! The customer service is impeccable they are always asking if I need assistance and I’ve never not found something I was looking for! I think the store manager is very on hands he’s on the floor always conversing with customers and I think he’s a great guy! If you need a clean and kind store to do your shopping, this location is the one to shop at ! Love this store !

The store was so busy, but it was so impressive the management was stepping up and taking care of the rush. Way to go. But at the same time, this is to say why can't others learn to work and do a job so management can get their responsibilities done.

UPDATE 8/16/23: I decided to give Walmart another chance and had groceries delivered today. Everything was neatly bagged and the selections were really good. My driver was excellent too. One thing tho…altho Walmart insisted recently over the phone they were still using InstaCart but that isn’t true for Albuquerque, they now use Spark. Good choice! ORIGINAL POST 8/7/23: I quit using Walmart’s grocery delivery service 2 years ago because the shopper (not delivery driver) didn’t put my groceries in plastic bags, they were strewn all over the delivery car’s trunk (see pic). This order cost $223.00. I was very upset because who knew what had been in that trunk? Also meat products could have leaked onto their lining! This was the shopper’s fault and not with the driver, who ONLY delivered my groceries. After discussing this with a Walmart spokesperson they weren’t shocked that this happened and would NOT confirm this was against company policy and would NOT guarantee it wouldn’t happen again. This is a very poor representation of how their company respects your groceries and values your safekeeping.

There were 5 ladies standing, when I arrived at self check out. One, had to check a price because an item rang up wrong. She took her time coming back. She re joined the group and left us standing there. Shelly, asked if we needed help. She saw me questioning. She is what Awesome Customer Service is!! Thanks to Shelly, doing a Great Job!!! Better workers are needed, please train your other workers on respect and friendliness!!

This is a typical Walmart. Has every single item you can want or need. The store is always busy and still seems quick for the shopper. I like the "one stop shop" aspects of a Walmart. Produce is good too. I do t have reservations about getting f fresh items here if I need them. You can even get a key made or have an oil change while you shop. Very convenient.
