So many people say how they don't like Walmart and blah blah blah. But they all know they're shopping there just as much as the next person. They have excellent prices, they have a large variety of different things and services, it simply can't be beat for in-store shopping.
Some employees are suspiciously racist (especially the ones that guard the self checkout). I don't like to admit this and my intent is not to slander but I shop here all the time and they carefully watch folks of color at the self checkout like an eagle. 5 out of 10, I always end up getting my receipt checked and bag. I mean, seriously? Meanwhile, they don't bat an eye for the non-colored. Even those who go to the self checkout lane with a full cart of items and they get the pass to not be checked. I get it, the self-checkout is carefully watched in general. But I like to shop here but I don't like being watched as if I am this petty thief. Thumbs down.
Every time I come here, regardless of the time of day, they have 2 registers out of 20 open. Lines wrapping down and around the corner every time. Employees walk around and observe but Noone helps. Today, I sat in line with frozen foods for 45 minutes. Other experiences have been equally as long and frustrating.
If you're doing alot of shopping I'd suggest you take it elsewhere. Your food will be bad before you're out of the store.
I went in there this evening with my 12 year old daughter she had a sprained ankle and a very rude older lady named Darcy screamed at us and was very rude for her to get out of the cart there was nothing in the car just her and she was having a hard time walking and I didn't feel right leaving her home alone. She suggested that she ride a motorized cart I don't think that's appropriate for a child... something needs to be done a put thay lady I stood there and watched her full the same exact shirt four different times while she's chatting with her friends I don't appreciate the rudeness. I feel bad for anybody else who comes in contact with her not the type of person who should be working with customers
Employees are courteous and willing to help. Most things are well stocked but certain items, in the hardware and in household appliances, need to be restocked. I went back a couple of times within a two week period and still no items.
