Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Waited in the line to return one item for so long. Asked cashier to ask for help so line cqn go faster and she told me “BELIEVE ME, IF I COULD I WOULD” thats just crazy. Big board at the customer service says “OUR GOAL IS TO SATISFY OUR CUSTOMERS “ - apparently this didn’t live upto their mission statement.

Was paying in the check out self service line was buying a big trashcan and was holding our stuff in it beings We forgot to get a shopping cart, before we were even done scanning all our items one of the workers came over and asked to check our garbage can! And I told him I would be more than happy for him to check it as soon as we were done scanning all our items. Very rude customer service by staff member name, David .

Such a pleasant experience at Walmart this evening. I was greeted at the door by a warm welcome from a friendly guy in a Walmart vest. He gave my daughter a sticker like the good old days. Kind of made all of us happy. Right off the bat, the sales are Going strong right now and they honor every bit of it. The store is easy to navigate and full of surprises. Definitely would recommend shopping here for anyone and need a pretty much anything.
