Walmart employees are nothing to brag on either!! Those idiots delivered my package to the wrong door and when you call 800 Walmart, forget about talking-to anyone who is American🤬 and they're just as worse!! The drivers suffers no repercussion, so therefore, they will continue to not care about delivering your packages to the wrong address. I was out of $68.00, because they tell you they'll refund you and I haven't seen my money as of yet and that was 3 weeks ago!! and to make matters worse the person that received your package gets to keep it!! They need to just throw the whole Walmart away!! Even if you choose shipping, if there is something they have in the store they'll send one of the local drivers. People trust me DO NOT let the local drivers deliver your items... YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
It was not anything that was said wrong. However, the customer service I received was horrible. A price came up wrong at the self checkout, I needed it fixed and even was willing to go take a picture to prove it's wrong since there was a whole row of them hanging there. They refused to let me walk over to take a picture to prove it. One of the girl walked over there to check and comes back a while latter stating that it was just that one in the wrong spot. Then they allowed me to go check and when I got over there they had all been took down and rearranged. They refused to change the price as well. I over heard another lady that works there telling them to just change the price and they still wouldn't.
Obviously they don't need employees. I placed my resume and on several occasions tried to speak to a manager. I simply got brushed off. I've made attempts to call HR but no one answers. What must one need to do to ask for an interview? I just need a job!
Employees are rude, act like little entitled children, and hang up the second you ask to speak to management. Your customers are paying for a service that isn’t being delivered properly, surely someone there cares about this. I assure you we are not the only ones but the little girls answering the phone would rather hang up on their customers than help them.
Nice store. Well maintained. Friendly service. Need more scooters...many handicapped people in our area. I can not shop without one due to very limited mobility.
