Huge thank you and shout out to Riece in electronics on Black Friday this evening. He was so kind and helpful. Black Friday shoppers are crazy and aggressive. You could tell he had a long day today being absolutely bombarded by customers. He had a huge line of people and he handled it gracefully and was so nice to everyone. We purchased an Xbox X series and a 55 inch TCL Roku TV around 8pm. He went back and got us our requested items as quickly as he could and somehow managed to deal with everyone else in line with a smile. What an outstanding human and employee. I'd be happy to encounter him again and I wish him the brightest of futures and the happiest holiday season ever. It is so refreshing to encounter a Walmart employee with such kindness and patience. He had such a light-hearted demeanor for what a crazy day he must have had, and I think management should know what a great job he's doing.
Very clean, well lit, great signage, and even helpful employees when you can find one. Although some people don't like self-checkout, I prefer it because it's quick, easy, and I can make sure I'm being charged correctly for each item. No complaints.
I have had some amazing customer experiences. I have staff offer to walk my bags to my car! (From garden to other side of building where I was.) 🩷
The pharmacy on Alden - superstars! They are friendly, helpful! And the pharmacist - top notch! Helpful, kind, thorough on questions. 🩷
Please remind your employees that are filling online orders, to respect the customers that actually came in person to shop. You have many employees that will stand in front of you to grab an item, block you, don’t say excuse me and get frustrated if you need help finding an Item… you get a loud sigh or grunt…. Customers in the store should be #1, not treated poorly for shopping in person…. They really need a reminder of this. The employees rudeness definitely forces you to make a decision to shop other places instead.
When I place an online order, I noticed my order history and I get so frustrated knowing there have been times I placed Photo orders at this Walmart and they were supposed to be done within an hour or a set time. I would go pick up the photos, invites my order and you have to track down somebody for photos and your photos are not ready. My photos were never picked up And I had to waste gas and time to go get Photos that we’re not there when they said that they would be there. I figured they would have refunded me for not picking up the photos that they had promised that we’re not there. They never refunded the photos , the Walmart is very dishonest And it seems to me customer service is lacking. I have called about this before and my call always seems to get lost in the Walmart system. Also, my eye add, they are doing self check out yet. There is no one to answer questions that they should know. It’s funny how you would think they would put the employees that would be doing check out out on the floor so you can actually get some help finding things but nope you can’t find anybody either when you need help locating things or have a question.
