Everyone was friendly, even though they'd been through black Friday a few days earlier. I don't like that pricing is still going up even though the customers are doing the work the cashiers used to do. I didn't see a single cashier line open. It was all self-serve. That's great for fewer than 10 items but when I'm doing my grocery shopping and the total bill comes out to over $250 I don't want to unload my cart of everything thing I've just shopped for, stack it on that moving belt, scan my items, hope the computer can find the item, fight with opening those plastic bags, decide what can be bagged together, load it all back into my cart, and pay for it. I know the cost of living is increasing but Walmart has to be making big bucks by having just 1 employee manage 6-8 registers full of us customers who are paying the store to let us do all the work.
The lost prevention officer is very disrespectful and discriminating. I went there to buy a bunch of stuff for a puppy we are getting. Unfortunately walmart doesn't take applepay. He had cashier print a receipt of everything we scanned. Telling her we scanned more stuff Insinuating that we are stealing. The cashier watched me send
Zelle money to my husband but it was sent to the wrong accout. Not only did he say this infont of us but our daughter as well. It's comes to prove that any race can be racist. Instead of trying to figure out my payments situation I left out of disgust.
I want to give a excellent plus rating for Julie...the manager of the Vision Center. She has helped me with the frames I bought at the store multiple times to get them to fit properly...even though I only bought the frames at this store...I live in another city but this store had the frames I wanted. Julie goes above and beyond with customer service...she treats people the way she would like to be treated. She is a shining star in today's world of disappearing customer service. I wish her the best in all she does. She is a gem...I hope this reaches her superiors and she is recognized for all she does for Walmart.
I mostly use the pharmacy, and it's for a good reason.. The first day I transferred my scripts from Walgreens, Lorenzo, the tech saved me 50%!!!
The folks at this pharmacy genuinely care that you're getting the lowest price possible..

Online ordering and their current stock numbers are seriously off, but whose isn't. Love that they don't charge you the $6.99 fee for less than required minimum if some items are not in stock. Fast service and pleasant disposition.
