Very surprised! I expected to wait awhile for them to bring out my purchase. Not today! I maybe waited 3 min, and the only other time I used curbside pickup was almost as fast. From my experience, they have definitely been on top of it! Thank you!
I am very pleased how this store is run considering the amount of people that come and go. It is clean and tidy. I usually shop groceries because of quality as well as low price. The produce here is awesome! Occasionally, at busy times, some stock may be low, but there is a worker replacing in timely manner. Having self checkout keeps price low. Shopping does take time. People need to be patient and understanding of this. Employees are busy and some may not smile, but they do their job well. I do understand everyone is different. I, myself work with a few autistic people that know their job and speak very little. Thank you for all you do!
Maybe if the curbside pickup worker would pay attention to what he was doing instead of asking me if I have a boyfriend or hitting on me with his pants half way down maybe my curbside pickups would’ve gone a lot smoother. My delivery (for someone else mind you) was missing a lot of stuff and didn’t even have any bags!!! He just threw the stuff in without bags which made it a hassle for the customer I was delivery to through Spark. So thanks a lot for the one star rating. Hope whoever got the rest of the groceries enjoys them while I got a bad rating. 🙄
I placed a pickup order yesterday and when I got there, the store had apparently been evacuated due to a gas leak and I was unable to pickup my order. I was frustrated that I wasn't notified about the situation before I got to the store and annoyed that it took nearly 15 minutes for an employee to take the initiative to explain the situation to me. I was able to pick up my order today, but my experience yesterday was disappointing.
I shopped and got stuff, then I left. Lol, the truth is that they have the isles full of pallets of merchandise to stock the shelves and so you can't get around easily or hardly. And barely any of the employees know the English language. So don't even try to get pointed in the right direction.
