Walmart Supercenter

It sure was crowded yesterday;it's expected being the day before Thanksgiving, but we did our shopping in record time, got everything we needed.there was so much variety of items to chose from and the fresh groceries abounded. 😀 The best part we didn't have to wait in line, nice. DO NOT COME TO THIS WALMART!! An HOUR WAITING FOR BABY FORMULA!!! I spent an entire hr here waiting for someone to come answer the call light for me. I pressed the button several times. I asked workers coming by, no help. I tried calling the store. Well guess what?? Walmart doesn’t believe in answering phone calls from their customers. l tried the store operator and tried to reach electronics. I ended up having to call the pharmacy to get help and they paged out to people. GET IT TOGETHER AND START HIRING PEOPLE WHO CAN DO THEIR JOB!!

Made an appointment to have my battery changed and Alexander advised me once there that it would take him 25mins and that he's not doing it. Never ever on God's green earth will I ever return to any Walmart because they are incompetent. If only Target would offer an auto center.

Store is overall clean and nice, but the staff is rude and not helpful. I had to ask 4 members of the staff where the screwdrivers were before 1 of them was remotely helpful. One of the people I asked said "I don't know" and just walked away. It's very clear most of the staff don't care at all about their jobs or the customers.

Better stocked than the Walmart Supercenter near my home. Layout of the store is not apparent. Aisles not marked like they should be. For example I wanted an item that was on aisle K1. But the only K sign was K22. No clue where K1 thru K21 are. Still staff are way more helpful than other Walmarts. Even when I know I am interrupting their work, they are courteous.
