Walmart Supercenter

Very busy and the checkout takes forever, but that is NO fault of the employees. The store is wildly understaffed, which ended up causing me to spend 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to approve my purchase at the self checkouts (which are almost the only option available). The employees are wonderful, the company just really should hire more and pay them better so they are able to stay there.

3:30 in the afternoon and zero carts. Had to go back out into the parking lot to retrieve a shopping cart. Asked an associate if there was a manager and she said there wasn't one on duty. Walked around the store and there were groups of associates laughing and on their phones.

These employees better not ever go on strike because a potato could do a better job. All the management should go back to Burger King. Undisciplined employees and a unorganized store. Diseased bathroom, nasty parking lot and trash all over the store. Not sure what any of these people actually do. I'm going to Albersons and spending more to not get Covid or VD.

First time and last time using Walmart order online and pickup services(Overland & Cole). I bought a brand new bike and they gave me a used bike, damaged. Litterally. When I spoke to the person who delivered it to my truck, they said it was the last color of this bike in stock and if I didn't like the condition to call customer service. My niece wanted this specific color and model. I immediately call customer service and went to another location to exchange it and I'm so glad I did because it not only was missing the tire caps, paint scratches, product information, dirty pedals and tires... when I unloaded it, it had a bent rear rim. I didn't even have physical ownership of the bike for more than 30 minutes, and here's what I got vs. what it should look like. I suppose I'm just surprised that a large company such as Walmart is doing this kind of practice.

Went to pick my prescription up after paying on-line. They said I didn't even when I had a confirmation email. Not only that but I was treated very rudely by the pharmacy tech, he straight up laughed at me. Great thing to do with someone who is dealing with depression and anxiety.
