Vita Vie Retreat is one of the best wellness retreats I have ever been to! Going there year after year with my Mom is a treat we look forward to. I always go there knowing that after my stay, I always leave feeling rejuvenated and quite honestly, physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger. Margot and all the instructors are incredible and are phenomenal at their craft of teaching fitness classes. The spa, the food, and the overall experience at Vita Vie….chefs kiss! I highly recommend this wellness retreat to anyone looking to relax & get their health back all while finding their best self wrapped up in a vacation!
Vita vie was a week of fitness, nutrition, and relaxation rolled into one. Margot is so knowledgeable and encouraging. The hotel room and facilities are super. I will be back again for this treat!!!

If you want to jump-start a new healthy lifestyle, GO to one of Margot's week-long retreats. She will give you valuable information, and you will meet excellent instructors. Mitch was my favorite! He will introduce you to Yin and Yang Yoga classes. A typical day at the retreat will include starting your day outside doing some cardio and toning classes with Margot, a break for a healthy lunch, and then 2-3 hours in the afternoon taking yoga classes. You will also meet other instructors along the way and learn fun new exercises. I loved it and cannot wait to go back to another week-long retreat. Thank you, Margot! It was a week-long adventure that I will never forget
I researched over 10 fitness retreats and am so happy that I went with Vita Vie Retreat! Margot always answered all my questions regarding COVID precautions, accommodations, and Hurricane Elsa that was heading to Florida while I was there. The workouts were great and always were mixed up so we got a great variety. It was nice to also have Michelle for a short time as a coach as well and hate that she had to leave early. I do wish we could have had a pool workout and a run within the workouts to give some extra variety. The Seagate Hotel is beautiful and the food is always great. I loved the private beach club menu for lunch especially and everyone was so nice. I asked for measurements to be done at the beginning and end of the five days and it was not a problem, I was thrilled with my results in that short time. It would be cool for one evening that the full group and coaches eat dinner together so folks can get to know everyone better. I would absolutely recommend this retreat to everyone!
