This is the best post office I've ever been to. The staff are very kind and helpful, and the postmaster is probably the only person I've met that I could truthfully describe as jolly. Even took me on an impromptu tour of the post office processing area.

Have had several packages 7 total showed up Monday to be at post office since Saturday around 12:31pm. And still haven't received or got a notification to picked up packages. Go to post office first time Monday to find out where package are they say it will be tomorrow before getting them. Go back 2 days later on Wednesday to find out where they are and I am told they still haven't got around to unpacking pallets!! I paid extra to have package show up faster and earlier and this is what you get. What's the point of paying extra for faster shipping if you don't get it as intended. Should of had these packages Monday.. Tuesday at latest. Have 4 more packages showing up this week by Friday probably won't get them till the following week sometime... This Post Office is HORRIBLE!!!

If their was a way to give 0 stars I would. Let's start by saying they held my mail since the end of October and didn't recieve anything back until calling in December. Said they delivered packages during that time to me which was a lie. When told they acted like that was okay. Said they would deliver it in person to resolve the issue. I was fine with that but by 2 o'clock I was like where is my mail.. Made a co plant and another person called and said what's going on because she was told everything was fine. I stated I never got my things or any call as to why yet. Said my mail was in the box. I look and none of my boxes were there. Only my mail. Called the contractor lady who is over it again after she told me she would deliver it Said the person was suppose to have it she would call back and let me know. Nobody called me back. Post master never intervened in the situation either at no point. So at 4 the courier finally calls and says she kept my mail for sending back mail that wasn't even mine. Wow. I thought that's why you are suppose to do.. Also, decides to have and attitude the whole time and threatens to hang up. This place is extremely unprofessional. I am afraid to get any mail through them now.

This is the best post office. Never and I say never again have I had any issues with the staff or service. We go all the way from Funny River because the service is so good. Don’t beat them up. If you're willing to have others to wait in line for you to finish your business then be patient. Mail issues do come up and forms need to be filled out for certain services. So PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF STAFF AND OTHER PATRONS.

There was one person behind the counter who was extremely helpful and very competent in their job, which makes it worse that the other person I had dealt with was so terrible in their position. Previously I had needed assistance sending certified mail and was made to feel like an inconvenience for asking questions. Then the person completely messed up what I had to send and I had to return, pay again, and now wait another month to have extremely important paperwork properly filed. At best lazy and incompetent; at worst actively trying to sabotage me. The other person very effectively informed me of my options and available services in a timely and professional manner.
