Post office team is very nice and friendly but, the mail carries in the Mat-Su Valley are Absolutely HORRIBLE!! We don't get mail and packages delivered anymore. We don't get slips saying we need to pick up a package. They constantly loose our stuff but, don't worry, it will show they either delivered it, attempted delivery or make up some lame lie about why they couldn't deliver it. 😡 Not to mention the extreme long lines to get to the counter to find out the carrier didn't put your package where it's supposed to be and now it's nowhere to be found.

The Wasilla area is growing quickly - yet the USPS does nothing to support this growth. This is the worst post office ever. Lines out the door, no help at the counter due to staffing, and carriers that don’t/ can’t deliver packages regularly (we live in the city). No phones are answered. Nobody cares. USPS needs to add employees/carriers or do a “control/alt/delete” and start over.

Worst PO delivery ever...they LIE constantly about 'not being able to deliver' mail. They don't even try. The clerks inside the office are sooo under staffed. All they do is put a slip in your box and make you come down and wait 1-2 hours to pick up a package they refuse to deliver.

Lines out the door. 3 people working the desk and they can only get 1 person served every 10 minutes or so between all of them. Almost 2 hours later I get to the desk and they can't find the package I have a slip for, "come back tomorrow".

Updated- 2020 Photos only 2018- I love the staff so friendly fast courteous. I’ve been happy with my services that’s why I’ve been coming back for over a decade. I’ve seen these guys work so hard throughout the holidays especially and they’re always in a good mood. I think the fees are reasonable it’s a great location. I’ve seen some pretty unreasonable Be just downright rude and disrespectful because they don’t hear an answer they wanted.
