Tula Hot Yoga Denver

Tula is an absolute gem in our community! The atmosphere of this studio is warm and inviting, and the instructors are not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely caring. I initially signed up for an introductory month, and the experience was so transformative that I quickly became a member. The hot yoga sessions have been a total game-changer for me. The instructors provide unique cues that have not only helped me build strength but have also added exciting nuances to each posture. My fiancé, who has had persistent lower back problems for about thirteen years, absolutely glows about how much these classes have relieved his back pain! We've also tried Tula's heated pilates class and we're hooked, it was incredible too! Tula is more than just a yoga studio; it's a community where we've found joy, peace, and a sense of belonging. I highly recommend Tula to anyone looking for a cozy and friendly space to explore and deepen their yoga practice.

I love this studio!! Best Bikram/Hot yoga in Denver IMO. I really appreciate instructors who can guide you and not just regurgitate a script. There’s definitely a sense of community at this studio and I highly recommend if you like hot yoga or are interested in trying it out. Shout out to Nancy for an amazing class and somehow memorizing everyone’s names, even new people 🤯

I’ve tried a few different styles of yoga over the years, but never hot. The heat can make even the simplest movements pretty intense. In the traditional Hot 90 classes, I still struggle to get through the whole series of poses without resting, and that’s ok because it still feels good, especially afterward. In addition to the Hot 90 and Hot 60 classes, Tula also offers Earth Ways and Pilates in a 90 degree room, as opposed to 105, which I really enjoy. The classes are longer than I’m used to but I leave feeling reset and re-centered. All of the instructors have been really kind and welcoming too.

I love Tula. I feel very fortunate being able to practice in this space. I appreciate that Tula has showers in the studio so I can fit in my practice before meetings. A great place to leave the busy world behind for 60 or 90 minutes.

I enjoyed my 60 minute hot yoga class led by Kaitlyn. The studio is nice and they keep the space clean. I will be back again!
