Please replace the associates that you have at this location. This was the WORST customer service I've experienced. From being hung up on to the point of never being able to speak to the manager when I called multiple times to complain. Two women in particular that hung on on me multiple times to being horrible in service. The only reason I called at first was to confirm my order. Their response was "Well if you ordered then it's confirmed!" What in the world??? I'm a paying customer. Their reason for not being able to check for me was " I have a lobby fully I don't have time" Maybe by simply stating if I could call back would've been a much better response but then I was just hung up on. Horrible customer service and this should be made aware to corporate. These two ladies avoided and hung up on me when I asked for their names, please provide them with lessons on how to treat people. Will never recommend, just because of the service provided.
One of their hams is perfect for the holidays. No a big fan of their individual sandwiches, but do recommend all of the large portions. Prepay for you order online so you can get in a shorter line
