Yummy sandwich. $3 for two bites of potato salad was really disappointing. Elsewise satisfied, sandwich was a great portion size. Ham and bacon.

Felt like I got the wrong product. Called to explain and later filled out a survey. Brian exceeded expectations by calling back and doing everything to make it right. I’m amazed at his willingness to go above and beyond for something written on their survey. Good food I’ll be going back.

I have passed by this place and finally decided to try it and I was NOT disappointed. It's a cute little store that was empty at lunchtime so I got to speak to the employees and kind of hear about the place. I tried the ham sandwich they make and it was incredible! I loved the way all the flavors came together inside the bread to create a delicious ham sandwich. Definitely try this place out, they also provide meals for Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

I went on new years for lunch with my family. The older man that was taking our order in the Riverdale store was very rude and impolite. The cashier lady at the end was kind and trying to make the situation a little less uncomfortable, but overall I would not recommend anyone to go to Honey baked ham at the Riverdale location.
