We preordered an order for turkey, ham, and macaroni and scheduled a pickup for the day before Thanksgiving. I knew it was going to be busy, obviously. What I didn’t know was going to happen was a line of people around the building. But I definitely understand that can happen the day before Thanksgiving and just got in line with everyone else. The manager(s) and employees were very patient and polite through the entire process. They went as quick as possible and did their best with the situation.

This compliant is for corporate Honey Baked. Your coupons you send out are a joke!! Please stop the nonsense. You always have some fine print when you get to store you can’t use. This happened 3 times in a row. You need to do better!! Stop the greed!!

I was serviced by Kayla, Jordan, and Terron on 12/2/24. They were not busy but just as attentive as if they were. Very kind, sweet and helpful.

Update to a post I made a week or so ago. The manager, Mike, reached out to me and welcomed me to come back. He made it right and made a perfectly delicious sandwich. Thank you Mike.

I preordered and they were so organized so I was in and out. As always the ham was such a big hit. I am doing one for our school luncheon and Christmas.
