The Honey Baked Ham Company

We placed our Thanksgiving Turkey & ham order online. We received a date and time to pick up our order. We ended up missing our pick-up time. Upon arrival, I provided my prepaid order number to the cashier, but the cashier didn't see my name or order number in their system since I missed the time slot. The manager came out and said if you're not here at the exact time, then you can't get your order. He said I have to take it up with honey baked ham's third party. I told him I would like to make another purchase then. He said no, I can't sell you anything and can't help you. Between waiting in the long line, refusing to give me my order that I already paid for, the manager being rude, I left and went straight to Logan Farms Honey Glazed Hams. They were able to sell me a turkey and ham no problem. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I called their customer service, and the rep said he has had several complaints of people not receiving their order even though its already been paid for. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

employees are treated like trash by the manager, he is mental unstable. he’s rude to his customers and employees unless he’s flirting with you. 10/10 do not recommend giving business to a company that doesn’t value hygiene or common courtesy. i, as well as 2 other ex employees all left because of how toxic the environment was and still is. if i could leave a negative star i would.

I did not know they served lunch and sandwiches here I had one it was delicious I had the honey baked

Didn't "reserve" a ham and they wanted to charge me $75.00...... Unrealistic! Will never see my business bc they had plenty and were price gouging.

First time here. Food is excellent and fresh. Service was fast. Staff is polite. Facility neat and clean.
