I just love this place so much, my brother works at the place next to them and he brings food for us sometimes from. Here and my God, it is absolutely delicious if I had to eat at a restaurant for the rest of my life, it would be here.
So for lunch today I got The Honey Baked Ham Company. Featured is the Chicken Salad Sandwich on croissant bread, chips, Macadamia Cookie & Sweet tea. This was delicious. The best Chicken Salad I have ever had! I will definitely be a returning customer.
The food is always good, however, they were out of lettuce and tomato. So instead of going to a supermarket, they prepared sandwiches without it. I would have thought at least give the customer a discount or gift card but I guess that would have been too much like right. Won't be going back there.
I had a bad experience with this store. I contacted the 800 number and got the wrong store. When the person (I assume the manager) realized that it wasn't her store I didn't hear anything else. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and typically its fresh and you can take the flavor and ingredients. This time the food had a stench (smell) I am not crazy. I called and asked was it bad or did they do something different. They simply said No. I won't return. It seemed as if no one cared.
Whew where do I begin! Thursday heading to Bible Class I stopped by Heavenly Ham to pickup food to eat before a 5pm meeting. I called in early so that I could zip in and out to be on time for my meeting(COMING FROM EDWARDS). The young lady on the register was HORRIBLE, she never acknowledged me, I asked about the food and 3 times she asked what was the order. She never said what the delay was when she came from the back. It was in the freezer the whole time waiting. THIS IS THE KICKER she gave it to and PROCEEDED TO WAIT ON ANOTHER CUSTOMER AS I STOOD THERE WAITING TO PAY. Two workers were sitting eating and watching the ENTIRE counter exchange. Finally one of the workers came and I paid for the food. NOT ONE PERSON APOLOGIZED for what took 20 MINUTES on a call in order. I WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN! I would also like to offer this to the owners. I am very longsuffering but your counter help is awful!!! And I have been to this location many, many times and IT IS ALWAYS THE SAME.
